This video shows some of the changes I made in order to get my chickens coop ready for winter. The first thing I did was to build a smaller enclosed roosting box to help retain more of their heat and the heat from the heat lamps when it gets really cold. I also changed up the feeding stations so that the cans would not get all snowy and put in a couple of doors to the coop so that I can easily access the food and heat lamps without having to go into the coop itself.
