This is an experimental instrumental I made last year!
It was made for the Microwave Album collaboration project from the Magpie Pirates (Simon the Magpie community).
The idea was to make songs by the rules defining this new Microwave genre.
Here's the explanation from the man himself:

I decided to sample only real sounds: from a Microwave, some bottle caps, the sink and a vending machine.
They were all recorded just on my phone, no fancy mics and stuff... :D
Then I arranged my samples in LMMS, pitch-shifted the beep to a melody, slapped some reverb on top and called it done.
You can listen to the whole album here: https://magpiepirates.bandcamp.com/album/microwave

The author and title are a DX7 pun, because I made the track only with FM synth patches and no external processing, EQ or anything. It was a fun creative restriction! :)
Used tools: Dexed, Stable Diffusion, Flowframes, Cupscale

I don't have the effects to pull off the ambient stuff and cheap gear was pissing me off so I'm tense and twitchy, but close enough. :D
Got the idea from Mr. Robert Clark's jams on his channel - https://www.youtube.com/user/imanotemaker
