What up my peeps, welcome to the @D00k13 Digest, having my second viewing for a rental landing during my shift at work I was lucky enough to have my coworkers help in getting out to go for it as they understand the difficulty of my situation. Ended up being a bit of a waste of time but at least I was able to get somewhere that would have been suitable if only one key piece of information was correct. In this video I talk about how this one thing keeps coming up and has consistently made the sorting through the listings that much more complicated. Largely it has to do with the reasons people are buying houses here in Victoria, which purchasing with intention to rent is great with the ongoing rental crisis. It all has to do with the ads and a ton of wasted time for those on both sides of the equation.
