Why so Mads - 007 Quantum of Solace - GameItAll Let's Play
We can all agree that Mads Mikkelsen plays a great bad guy, but that one scene from Casino Royale makes us cringe every time. Plus - a couple of trophies lets Lucas pratices his Paul McCartney impression, so we apologize for the bleeding ears.
It's time to ease back into the regular schedule as the guys (and returning guest Sharon Horwatt) take a look at a lavish musical with horror elements in the form of The Phantom of the Opera starring Gerard Butler. They talk about the major differences in subtlety between the film and the stage musical, Joel Schumacher's maniacal direction of the performers, the magical horse that only appears once, more problematic age differences between co-stars and much, much more.
Please note: due to a power outage in Fredericton and a number of other subsequent technical issues, the sound quality is kind of all over the place.

It's time for another good-old-fashion beat down with Indie brawler Fight'n Rage.
Lucas and Pentavus take control of the F.Norris and Gal in order to beat down some Furries who want to eliminate all of mankind while wearing outfits that would make the DOA girls blush.

This week, the guys are joined by Galen Howard and unintentionally continue with the theme of the Cold War and evil Russians by talking all about the John Travolta film The Experts.
It's a movie in which two idiots are dropped into a fake American town in Moscow (unbeknownst as fake to them) to teach future undercover agents how to be hip!
The guys talk about all of the bad improv scenes with no real jokes, the endless opening credits, the Travolta/Preston dance scene, sandwich pornography and much more.

We're all in this together!
Nathan and Brendan dive into the Patreon Picks with one from brand-new patron Grant, who has selected High School Musical for their displeasure and your joy!
The guys dive into this Disney Channel musical with questions about twins that are way too close, the abundance of flip phones, really weird handshakes from strangers, how much a power a 'student celebrity' really has, people suddenly becoming professional singers with no actual experience and much more!
The guys also drop a hint for next week's movie. Check on Facebook or Twitter on Monday for the reveal!

Happy St. Patrick's Hangover Day!
As is appropriate during a very Irish holiday, Nathan, Brendan and returning guest Jason MacLeod discussed a VERY Irish movie (with lots of non-Irish actors doing Irish accents) - last year's Wild Mountain Thyme.
The guys discuss Christopher Walken's Irish accent, Emily Blunt's reaction to a kiss, the absolutely insane nonsensical left-field ending and much more!
So kiss the blarney stone, down a glass of fine whiskey and swat at the sky with an oar - it's thyme for fun!
The guys also drop a hint for next week's movie. Check on Facebook or Twitter on Monday for the reveal!

YO JOE!
Nathan & Brendan (as well as special guest and GI Joe diehard Matthew Pettifer) talk all things G.I. Joe: Retaliation, another horrible attempt at an adaptation of something people genuinely enjoyed. They discuss everything including Channing Tatum's wooden acting, iconic characters being introduced in the last five minutes of the movie, the inconsistent science, Marlon Wayans Tubthumping, approximately 1700 flashbacks and finally - Matt joins Nathan in mocking Brendan for his lack of GI Joe knowledge.
Also: listen in for a clue in this episode regarding the next great film that will be covered.

It wasn't mentioned but you can also follow Montrose Monkington the Third on Facebook and Twitter (@montrosethe3rd). He is a delightfully British monkey puppet that discusses all forms of pop culture.

Since it's the spookiest month of the year...
It's time for Nathan and Brendan to delve into their own stories of last-minute rushed Halloween costumes, terrible candy/religious comics/voter cards they received and of course their go-to Halloween flicks. The listeners join in as well so you can hear all about Rambo Brite, an important discussion about the controversial candy corn and much more.
Nathan and Brendan also reveal... excuse me... cough... puff... cough... smoooooth. OK, where was I, man? Oh yeah, they talk about... (giggles)... I can't do this. OK, OK, shut up, shut up. There's a movie they'll be talking about next week... and they say... what it is... man.
