每星期一次、亞洲時間星期六早上九點(舊金山時間星期五晚上六點)、我們有一個90分鐘無宗教信仰的特別課程。前60分鐘我們會坐著做運動、重點在疏通經絡和拍打穴位、剩餘時間會做易筋經或五式吐納。對象由年輕人到老人家、甚至行動不方便的同學。主要是幫助血氣循環、增強腦力和免疫能力、保持新陳代謝的功能。
大家可以同步、也可以隨緣自己照自己時間做、做完希望大家得到精氣神、精精神神。

Our weekly Boot Camp include Joint Exercise, Qi Massage, Stretching, Mindfulness Meditation, Abdominal Breathing and Bodhidharma's Yi Jin Jing QiGong exercise, all of which are to cultivate "Mindful Aging" by improving lung-heart functionality, muscle agility and mental acuity.
