Welcome to my channel! This video gives a quick overview of what goes on here, and where to start with the content. Enjoy!
Channel Trailer (January 2021)
This video is part of a series where we embark on a quest to create a full video game from the ground up - building everything ourselves - home-brew style, using C.
In this video we finally draw something to the new UI "layer", or pass, allowing us to visualize the different layers.
Kohi #040: Drawing to the UI Layer/2D Geometry (Vulkan Game Engine Series)
This video is part of a series where we make a game engine in C, using Vulkan. It is a tutorial-style game engine series where the Vulkan API is the primary graphics API used for rendering. OpenGL and DirectX may also eventually be added.

In this video, we create a shader class to encapsulate WebGL shaders. This is video 3 of the TypeScripe Engine tutorial series.
TypeScript WebGL Game Engine Tutorial #03 - Shaders
This video is part of a series where I step through the process of making a simple game from the ground up using TypeScript and WebGL.

This video is a time-lapse of another project I have on the go that I've been hinting at for a bit. It's a C++ based game engine which uses Vulkan. I'm still learning Vulkan, but I posted this to see how much interest there is in my creating an engine using Vulkan.
The engine, for now is called UGE (pronounced like "huge" without the "h") and stands for "UGE Game Engine" (yes, it's recursive:) )
This has since been restarted as the Homebrew Journey series. See link below.

This video discusses the topic of tooting your own horn, and why it's okay to do it while keeping some things in mind. This is one of the most important job interview tips there is. Today I'm trying a slightly new video format. Let me know what you guys think!
