Hey what's up everyone. Here's another training session showing my workout geared towards developing strength to complete a one arm pullup. I'm at the beginning stages. I'll be focusing on one arm static holds, one arm assisted pullups, weighted pullups and other accessory exercises that help out. I'll also be sure to increase the volume of one arm assisted reps as I gain strength. Hope this helps out anyone interested in taking the same journey.
