Welcome to LoveTruth&Beauty; Episode 345 • Toning Runes: My ... , Yes, it’s been a minute since I last uploaded a video with just my face; I’ve been involved lately in teaching and hermitting – you know the self-care you do when you’re grieving and researching and writing and devoting quality time with your beloveds, and hosting friends, clients, and students. I’ve also been integrating some major spiritual work I began with my beloved One Great Work Network soul brother, Sethikus Boza. Our dear friend Derek Bartolacelli gifted me a Rune Reading with Sethikus for my birthday. Because of our busy schedules, we could finally match our time together on Friday, 17 March 2023—a very kismet date in more ways than one. So, this video is also my 45th instalment of LT&B; Quickie Kiss Keep It Simple, Sexy, rant—though this will be more of a chant. My Rune Reading with Sethikus was POWERFUL! Holy Moly! I’m very discerning about what kinds of sacred divination work I undertake and with whom I only engage the best. I’m very familiar with the Runes and have a couple of sets—one gifted to me by a stranger and another I recently purchased. This modality is not trifled with. It is meant to be revered. In my humble opinion, there’s way too much fucking about with these tools—the runes, tarot, i-ching, etc. I’m not sharing the details of my reading, although I might, down the line, share bits and pieces of it because it was so mind-blowing, not just for myself but for Sethikus as well. Certain themes arose organically, like Birch Trees, tribal lineages, Karelian shamanism, Shungite, Torch bearing, and me receiving the directive to pull back my energies and go further within to integrate them. Sethikus instructed me to tone the 5 points/stations of my Rune Reading: starting in the North with KenazEast with BerkanaSouth with FehuWest with Raidoand radiating amidst the cardinal direction and starbursting outward toward each station Inguz. As a veteran singer-songwriter-multi- instrumentalist-performer—I’m no stranger to vocalising. Still, it had been a while since I had done toning, but it felt like the right thing to do to empower the codes the Rune reading transmitted to me. So hear me out. I will leave general directions on How-to Tone Runes in the show notes below, along with Sethikus Boza’s links and information. Here’s a great starter book that will guide you through the correct pronunciation of each Rune, and you can feel free to go to town. I muscled-tested for the frequency of the toning in the five stations, and I started with five sets first thing every morning for ten days, followed by two sets every morning to this day. My toning practice has worked like magick, purging-upheaving and uplevelling every facet of my life—including the decision to pull back on the twice-weekly video uploads that I’ve maintained for over three years without fail. I always began to turn down invitations to participate in podcasts that didn’t serve me and were out of alignment. A huge deal for me, but the resulting deepening of clarity, healing, alignment, rejuvenation, and inspiration has been well worth the seeming sacrifice of my work ethic. Plus, I’ve uplevelled the quality of my students and clients, doubled my practice, and meted out my new video series regarding the Gynocracy and the Spell of Man-Hating. Those of you up to this nonsense, I’m calling you out. Your words are incongruent to your so-called Mastery. Enter into your centre screen. Compose your Reality to quantum jump your lifelines onto a higher sector of Reality. Moving on: The latest series of videos outing toxic relationship traps has garnered a shitload of emails from folks lamenting the art of Asking For What You Want. These email requests were significant enough to warrant my addressing this topic here. Surprisingly, most folks still default to this whine, “If they truly loved me, they would know what I wanted…” Dudes, my sisters, brothers, and lovebugs—that is just dumb and a recipe for failure. This nonsense is nothing but a continuation of unconscious, low-vibe-low-level-high-drama-high-heartbreak relationships within the Matrix. Part of being a grown-up in relationships is having the ability to make requests regarding your wants and needs, and giving the person the opportunity to honour you by granting the request, or being truthful that they cannot meet your request—and you do not collapse if your request cannot be met. The ability to ask your significant other for what you want and need is vital to master in love relationships. Regardless of the outcome, the practice fosters cocreating a win-win situation with your beloved. I assure you, your beloved wants to serve you and contribute to your well-being and happiness, just like you want to do the same for them. Right??? Unless, of course, you’re actually a selfish, self-centred NSP user. When I hear you all going on about wanting and expecting your beloveds to be psychics and mind readers about what you want and need from them. Fucking stop it! I, personally, love being able to give my partner what he wants and needs. I appreciate being in the know, and I am receptive to his direct communication about what he values in receiving from me. It is Great Work to communicate and express my wants and needs to him with clarity. I know for a fact that many of you get way butt-hurt when you’re told what works or doesn’t work from a beloved. Get over it. When we cannot and do not express and communicate clearly, I know the shitshows that can go down: Misunderstanding Confusion Resentment Frustration Anger Sadness heartbreak Hurt feelings Disconnection Discontentment Disillusionment Exhaustion Weariness futility Blame Shame Negativity Loss of Trust/Betrayal Vengeance/Payback Codependency Dysfunction Suspicion Chaos And whatever else you can come up with. These can all be eliminated through risk-taking to activate your Courageousness, dare say what you want and need. Tell your beloved what works for you and what doesn’t work for you—clear communication is the first step toward creating and maintaining boundaries—which are as necessary as the air we breathe, darlings. Just like you want to make your beloved happy, they want to do the same for you, so why not cocreate a Win-Win situation in your partnership and master the art of asking for what you want??
