Re-Growing Pains - Test Live Commentary of Super Ghouls n' Ghosts

Super Ghouls n' Ghosts was developed and published by Capcom and released on the Super Nintendo. Characters are copyright to their respective creators.
Hey everyone, this is a video that I recorded, edited and uploaded in a span of an hour and a half. Trying to get a good grasp on the commentary style that will work well and be consistent. I was watching some of my older videos and I was actually a little surprised how things rolled at times (of course, some of my older videos is plagued with sailor levels of profanity). Nevertheless, I decided to put together this video with little preparation and wanted to show one commentary style I had in mind.
Any constructive feedback or comments that you have about the commentary would be well appreciated at this point. I do want to get things down well and provide some quality content for folks to enjoy, definitely in this rough timespan of 2020.

The next two levels coming up certainly provide some interesting thrills but more importantly, take place at extremely different altitudes. The third stage takes place entirely underground (complete with magma to boot) and certainly provides an increase on the number of hazards that comes your way. It also sports a rather annoying boss as well! The fourth stage places us up in the clouds as we finally board that stretch limo airship that Axle has been driving. But of course, we have to deal with this ONE guy first, oh boy!
Enjoy the video!

NOTE: Yes, I am aware that this video has some differences compared to the first one. Decided to do some live commentary instead of post. It… just doesn't feel right.

Now that we've defeated Bloodless, we're truly within the castle now. The seventh stage takes place within a library and it is probably one of the longest levels in the game. It pays to have the whole crew with you and definitely do not forget the last special item in the game that's in plain sight near the beginning. With many death pits and platforming sections, you'll have to be careful or else you'll be losing characters left and right. At the end, you'll have to tangle with Bathin and his rather quick, but predictable attacks. Strangely, one of the easier bosses in the game.
Then the next stage is the last! And it's definitely one that'll freak you out, but it's great with the atmosphere. I don't want to spoil it though. All I'll ask is "What ARE those things..?"
Thanks for watching and enjoy the video!

Hey guys, we're starting off with the 2017 challenge with a doozy! ActRaiser 2 for the Super Nintendo is a game that needs no introduction for those that have played the original. That's because it needs a warning! This game is a far step away from the lovable action platformer combined with simulation experinece that was composed of the first game. Now, the game has gone “Professional” and stuck to only information and action platforming. This might not sound awful, but then you haven't played the game to realize what's wrong with it exactly!
The main flaws that plague ActRaiser 2 is that you are given a pretty shoddy character to play as in this adventure. The Master in the original ActRaiser was given a lot more mobility, better range and was overall more effective. Here, you have a very muscular and very lumbering oaf of a Master now. Traded specs for pecs apparently, but he does have SOMETHING going for him at least. Mainly, the wings on the back. The magic power in his spirit, and the shield in his other hand. It is with these elements, players will truly be able to appreciate the game a little more. At least, after we talk about all of this through the tutorial! Join me in this prologue video to touch upon the important issues of the controls
Please enjoy the video!

The reason why I'm mentioning them is because they have actually unofficially sponsored this WhaDaFah video from happening. The story is that the co-owner had told me about this game and gave me a story of how oddly it controlled and that the game really was bizarre all around. Then one or two weeks later, the game came in and he held it so that he would give it to me. It was a free game, but I had to do two things: I had to make a video of a WhaDaFah on this game and I had to mention them in the video.
I've completed that mission and this video is what came out of it. I have to say... this game certainly met my expectations, but man... I don't know if I want to play more of it. Unless I get morbidly curious...
Welcome to the second season of WhaDaFah and enjoy the stupidity!

Well, that happened. Donald Duck got robbed by the underhanded tactic of hostage negotiations. However, the duck DEFINITELY has the right idea of taking it to the man. The final couple of areas can prove to be a little rough. More so, Pete's Hideout has probably one of the harder segments in the game as well as a nasty trap lying in wait. What could this treasure be and what obstacles lie ahead for the intrepid, greedy explorer? Well, it's all gonna be up for viewing so get some popcorn!

Sonic Robo Blast 2 was developed by Sonic Team Junior and published by a 28K Dialup modem. Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Dr. Robotnik/Eggman is copyrighted by Sega.
NOTE: This version is 2.1.25, I would not recommend playing this version and focus on the latest (2.2.8). This version of SRB2 was released back in August 2019.

I think to truly understand my feelings on why the latest versions of SRB2 are so great, we must look back into the past. A five-year ride of Version 2.1 proved to be a very interesting step. Techno Hill Zone is probably the best part of Version 2.1. Here you will see some of the best and worst parts of the old stuff, and there will be a more in-depth comparison between the old and the new, because this zone is fairly unchanged, but there are still some specific differences. Overall, this zone got a much needed revamped, along with the first zone. But the best changes were made after this zone, ones that I cannot stress enough!

It's time to take on the final dungeon, but not before we make one last stop at the Inn for not only sleeping off any injuries but to dump an injured for a new and improved Phoebe! After Captain Mac shares the prophecy, we finally get on the ship and auto-pilot our way to the bottom entrance of Focus Tower. But apparently, the game doesn't exactly think the same thing. It's time to hear one of the best themes in the game, get the best shield and degrade a boss pathetically in one video!
