Is Trisha Paytas Faking D.I.D.? DID Fiancé Reaction ....Malingering Malarkey!

Trisha Paytas has made quite a name for herself for being Histrionic through her Switching Channel type YouTube videos like, "Meet My Alters" and "Dear Anthony Padilla"...
Trisha claims to have diagnosed herself with both D.I.D. and Multiple Personality Disorder. Many in the Mental Health arena and Dissociative Identity Disorder communities have serious doubts about the accuracy and legitimacy of her claims.
The question stands, is Trisha acting by faking D.I.D.?
Others have asked, could this be a case purely of malingering or even an iatrogenic type of situation going on?
As an individual whose two closest friends (one being my fiance) have true Dissociative Identity Disorder, in this video I extend my candid, unfiltered perspectives regarding both if Trisha could be faking Dissociative Identity Disorder and if she is, what's wrong with Trish Paytas, truly? Are the rumors true that this is in fact Histrionic Personality Disorder?
