The National Security and the FBI have discovered an anomaly in the photographic media. It represents a tall, bald, mysterious man with large arms, broad physique and short legs. The man is of unknown ethnicity, wearing red and an ammunition bandolier on his right shoulder, it is estimated that he is 7 or 8 feet tall.

The man has appeared in many photographs from many countries.
The authors of these photographs have been asked about the whereabouts of this mysterious man, none of them know and they have stated that as soon as they took the photographs he disappeared.

The aims of this mysterious man are unknown, some have stated that the man is the result of a mass hallucination, or that he is an alien, or a hairless Bigfoot, or a ghost, or a time traveller, or perhaps even an omnipotent omnipresent being.
