Meditation, discipline, and practice open doors. One thing that helped to shift Dave’s life so much during his journey was being able to explore the nature of who he was using meditation. Our voids create our values. I remember being a young kid having a void of being skinny. I wanted to fill it and from that arose the value of building and sculpting my body. Working out and eating healthy was my number one value for over 23 years and I just loved it! The discipline, the struggle, the sacrifice, the growth! It was my passion.. and my purpose in life! First I wanted to build the (in my own eyes) perfect physique, then help others do the same! I started working as a personal trainer over 20 years ago (that was before anyone even knew what a personal trainer was, lol). From that, I grew into studying neuromuscular therapy, acupuncture, exercise science, reflexology, nutrition, holistic health, mental, emotional, and spiritual development.
I created my own method for optimizing the human body that I am currently coaching and lecturing on around the world!
I can truly say I have built my life around what I love!
