Hitman 3 Heads to Switch Next Year via Cloud Streaming
Yesterday, Nintendo revealed that Remedy’s Control would be making its way onto its hybrid platform thanks to cloud streaming, which it had previously experimented with in Japan with Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Resident Evil 7.
But Control wasn’t the only title that was announced to be compatible with the Switch’s cloud streaming for western audiences, as IO Interactive’s upcoming assassination sandbox title Hitman 3 would also be playable via the same service provided by Ubitus. As is to be expected, Hitman 3 on Switch will require a “persistent high-speed internet connection” as well as a Switch Online subscription.
Be sure to check out the trailer below for the Switch version of Hitman 3, which is set to come out next year but does not have a specified release date, unlike the game’s arrival on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PC, PS4 and Xbox One which are all set to take place on January 20.
Untitled Goose Game is adding another horrible goose to its repertoire. Developer House House announced today that it will release a local two-player co-op mode as a free update on September 23rd.
The rules of Untitled Goose Game are simple: you, a cute and terrible goose, honk at innocent villagers, steal their things, and generally make life miserable. It’s a puzzle game built around inciting havoc, and with a friend, that job may be easier than ever. Co-op will be available on all platforms; additionally, the game is coming to Steam and Itch.
House House has also teamed up with iam8bit and Panic Inc to release physical copies of the formerly digital-only game, in addition to a vinyl version of its soundtrack. Both will be released on September 29th, with preorders open now.
Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

An exorcism is a ritual that drives demons back to the hideous realms they came from. Solemn chants and absolute faith are the standard tools of the job, but that’s because clearing away a possession requires a light touch so the possessed’s body is still in one piece after the ordeal is over. Once the demons are walking freely that removes a lot of constraints, so subtlety can be replaced with a much more satisfying level of violence. Eastern Exorcist is the story of a Chinese swordsman “exorcising” demons and monsters with fast, fluid combat, raising the question of whether it actually counts as an exorcism if he’s carving them into pulp. Not that it really matters that much when his moves are animated this nicely. Bizarre creatures and giant bosses terrorize the land, big and mean enough that slower-paced tactical combat simply won’t work on them. The swordsman’s high-speed moves flow one into the other in quick succession, with the occasional dodge to get out of the way of impending attack from the hand-drawn demons.
Eastern Exorcist was revealed today with its first trailer, and while it’s got a few obvious issues (the word is “slaughtered”) there’s still a month to go before its August 14 Early Access release on PC and eventual full release for PS4. In the meantime the trailer is looking fairly sharp, so give it a watch for the high speed demon-slicing action.
Pokémon Masters debuted last year with a significant twist to the standard Pokémon gameplay. In this spin-off teams consist of three Pokémon and features team-ups with characters alongside their signature partner Pokémon.
This year is the game’s first anniversary and with it comes the inclusion of Mega Evolutions (which coincides with Pokémon GO). You will also get to face-off against the Kanto region’s original Elite Four. The most epic part of the anniversary comes in the form of an action-packed trailer showing off Pokémon using attacks in a way never really shown in anime episodes or video games. It has a gritty feeling with lots of characters appearing.
