Over 200 Ugandans have successfully been evacuated from the war-ravaged City of Khartoum in Sudan. This results from an intervention by Uganda’s top Leadership led by President Yoweri Museveni following the unrest in Sudan that left over 300 Ugandans trapped. Uganda’s Ambassador to Sudan Dr. Yahya Rashid Ssemuddu says majority of the evacuees are male including students and business people. Henry Okurut filed this report.
