The ultimate sleeper electric scooter build - Part 1
I've never said this before but..... please like, share and subscribe. I feel dirty now ???
This will be the build series to replace V4 e-Bike. I've had to face the very harsh reality that I can't do things like I used to. My leg pains are no better but I'm managing to cope with it as long as I have a bed or floor nearby to lie on ? Riding an e-Bike causes strain on my spine but the Bogist C1 Pro really does a good job of soaking up the bumps - to the point where I don't really notice them.
I'm not going to reveal the total parts list just yet because I haven't really finalised it but, needless to say, this thing is going to fly and it'll weigh no more than the original Bogist C1 Pro that it's made from.
That doesn't mean I'll be hooning around on it but I've got to try it just once.
The aim of this is to get a Ministers Approval Certificate so I can legally ride it on the road with number plates, tax and MOT but to start with, I'm just making the thing go stupidly fast.

All the WS2812 LED's came from www.banggood.com and was collected over many months of buying a few at a time.
You know you start something and soon wish you hadn't?
This took a total of 16 hours to solder, mount and do some simple scripting to display pretty colours. There's still loads to do with it but if anyone is thinking of doing it...... DON'T
I must either have too much time on my hands, or I'm totally mad. My vote is on the latter :-)

There's a reason why I'm building it with a removable batter - WEIGHT! Carrying a pushbike up 2 flights of stairs is bad enough but when it weighs in excess of 40kg and you're in your 50's, it really does take its toll.
