The Outer Worlds - How to Set Custom resolution and Scale (setting file location)
Other that the clock day time saving , The Outer Worlds settings can be changed too.
1. Just go to this location: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Indiana\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\
2. Open " GameUserSettings.ini" with notepad or whatever you prefer.
3. Navigate to "ResolutionSizeX" and "ResolutionSizeY" and change the values to the desired resolution of your choice.
4. For scale change sg.ResolutionQuality and Resolution3D
5. After your changes press "Save"
6. In case of reverted to default settings, make the file "read-only"
Gameplay tomorrow or the day after that or after-after that.

You looking for free to play Battle Royal style game you get one with Fornite, but is that good, is that something more that rip-off popularized by some trend in gaming? More like the EA and Overwatch bullcra* pay to win things. I countless times die over and over again because people one shot kill me. I never got shield like the others. Is good game to waste time. 3.5/10
Settings: Low with Medium resolution (1280x720) you can push it more like full medium settings.
FPS : stable 24-30 most of the time. Playable.

Samsung 860 evo 250 GB brand new out of the box. Yes I upgrade my old Toshiba to new level or performance, or did I? The read speeds are more that great, but the Writes for the seq32t1 are ~200mb's less that it need to be. More that wondering is how I manage to write 100 GB on it that fast, maybe the bentmarks (first Samsung's after that Crystal disk) write that much data ? The windows instalation is about or less that 17 GB ~25 GB with some updates and programs. Thats is weard, also the S.M.A.R.T data seem that after day of use is already at 99%. More that investigate as new SSD owner.

They all look the same way no matter what name they have PUBG,H1Z1 Fortnite. I don't see how you can create unique game if all are copy-paste from one successful idea.
Settings : Very Low
Resolution: 1366x768
Scale :81%
CPU : X28 (it seem very hot at the test play, I nerf it little bit)
FPS: 20 -28 lag/ drops and freezes are expected at some moments
go low resolution to get stable FPS rate, this game is playable.
The car mode such tho, so yeah H1Z1 is going to die.

As always Tencent is extending the player base even on the PC with Android emu. It's awesome way to enjoy fun game like this one. But to be 100% honest I didn't like the Battle Royale that much, it's my first game and first battle royale win, but I didn't like that much. It's re-skinned PUBG mobile, but the elements they didn't copy they mess up. It's hard to transfer full battle royale with additional mechanics like covers, drones and to make it easy and fast to work with.
Settings:
Medium : 31 FPS on the Team matches
Low: 19-20 on the Battle Royale
Playable on Low most of the time, Resolution 1024x720 ,160 dpi.
