Later, Lyn - Mandys friend - quit smoking and drinking alcohol with us. Finally - in Jan 2006 - Claire (sister-in-law), also quit smoking with our help. Colin and Tim are the latest people to quit smoking from this group. Paul started smoking when he was 16. He quit for a little while but put on a lot of weight. He started again due to work stress. He had tried patches, puffer, Alan Carr. All failed. Well, he did not fail this time with our help.
