Preparation:
1.Sprinkle some salt, black pepper, ginger and garlic powder.
2.Leave it for about 20 minutes to absorb the flavour.
3.Dip in a diluted cornstarch.
4. Roll onto flour to cover the chicken wings
5. Deep fry (the frying oil shoul have been heated before step 3)
6. Double fry in the same oil to achieve extra crunchiness.
