Previously, the party continued the quests for the Tale of Interwoven Bonds of Courage storyline. At Real Alltrades Abbey, they visited the High Priest and began Quest 278: "The Time for Prayer Has Come". At the Real Rinjahal Coast, they hunted Twisted Torches for the Purification Spark. They also finished exploring the Real Rinjahal Coast. After they returned the Purification Spark to the High Priest at Real Alltrades Abbey, they went down to the Ceremonial Chamber and entered the Throne of Prayer. Big shocker, the High Priest had been replaced by an impostor, Phantom General Phasma. The party defeated Phasma, and Anlucia powered up the Scarlet Godstone at the Throne of Prayer. Now that the party has saved the surviving Scarlet Godstones and powered up the Pendulum of Fate, they must return to Sage Lushenda at Real Gran Zedora Castle to continue the story.
Real Gran Zedora (time 0:30):
The party resumes in the church in the Kingdom of Real Gran Zedora. Raguas uses the Seed of Therapeusis that the party earned for completing Quest 278.
Near the town entrance, Romeus at D-7/E-7 has story info.
The party Zooms to the Real Gran Zedora Castle - Entrance destination.
Real Gran Zedora Castle (time 4:53):
On floor 2F, the party enters the Sage's Office at E-7. This triggers a scene with Sage Lushenda. After acknowledging the party's deeds in protecting the Scarlet Godstones, she uses the Pendulum of Fate to show where the party should go next. However, as it points to Solaria Gorge in the southeast, a dark energy shatters the pendant! Lushenda advises the party to check the situation at Solaria Gorge. However, she warns that an unprecedented danger may be waiting.
The party gains control in the Sage's Office after the scene. Sage Lushenda at F-6 has story info.
The party goes to the Terrace on floor 3F and Zooms to the Kingdom of Real Gran Zedora.
Real Gran Zedora (time 11:23):
The party sees no one with story info in town. They Zoom to the Village Overlooking a Waterfall destination in the Real Liana Desolation.
Real Liana Desolation (time 11:55):
The party heads southeast from the inn. At G-6, they exit towards the Solaria Gorge.
Twisted, Deformed Land (time 12:49):
A scene takes place as the party enters the area. It has been horribly transformed. Anlucia senses something of immense evil power ahead.
The party gains control in the new zone, the Twisted, Deformed Land (ねじれたる異形の大地). They start at E-8 in the First Demonic Gorge. Note that the Solaria Gorge can now be entered from the Fake Liana Desolation.
The party heads forward and begins exploring this shattered area. They use a new Metal Perfume and Double Bubble before they begin encountering monsters.
When Heorot reaches max tension, he goes into reserve.
At E-6, the party enters the first lift stop. Within, they examine the lift gate. They must defeat an Orobas (バルバロッサ) to activate it.
Outside the lift stop, the party fights an Orobas around E-6. A scene takes place afterwards. The lift gate activates.
The party reenters the lift stop at E-6. They examine the gate. The party is currently on the middle level. They can go to the top level or the bottom level. On the top level, a sparkly spot is out on the broken bridge to the west.
The party goes down to the bottom level and exits west. They enter a second lift stop at D-6. The lift gate here can transport them to the middle level or the top level. They are currently on the bottom level.
They go to the top level. Out the door to the east, a black chest at D-6 contains 5 Shark Skins (シャークスキン).
The party reenters the lift stop. They take the lift gate to the middle level and exit west.
To the south, the party enters the third lift stop at D-7. The lift gate here can transport them to the top level. They are currently on the middle level.
They go to the top level and exit east. Outside, they go down the path at D-7/E-7 to the Second Demonic Gorge.
The path takes them to the fourth lift stop at F-6. The lift gate here can transport them to the middle level or the bottom level. They are currently on the top level.
First, they go down to the middle level. Exiting north, they find a black chest at F-6 with 3 Sainted Somas (天使のソーマ).
Back in the fourth lift stop, the party takes the lift gate down to the bottom level. They exit east.

The party is currently working on "Peril on Gorgon", the first DLC expansion. Previously, the party investigated the Sprat Shack on Gorgon for the "Peril on Gorgon" main quest "Those Who Walk Away From Gorgon". They met Lex, the bartender. In Lucky Montoya's room, they found the Preserved Eye that will let them enter the Office of Creative Incubation. The party met Leonora and undertook the task quest "Love Is the Plan the Plan Is Death". They also met Roscoe and undertook the side quest "The Electric Fling". Afterwards, the party began exploring the canyon as far as the Crashed Ship landmark. Now, they will continue exploring Gorgon and carrying out quests on their way to the Office of Creative Incubation.
Gorgon Canyon:
The party resumes near the Crashed Ship landmark, which is a short distance east of the Gorgon Landing Pad. They have already cleared out the Marauders here, so they continue.
A short way southeast of the Crashed Ship, they find an elevator platform. They ride it up to a workshop at the northeastern edge of the Gorgon Ruins. Plenty of stuff to find in this area. There is also a lot of Adrena-Time lying around.
The party finds the Economy Flats in the southeast of the ruins. In one abandoned apartment on the second floor, they find three "Letters from Edgewater". It seems that Spacer's Choice's wonder drug, Adrena-Time, causes some side effects. We haven't seen anything yet.
In an abandoned apartment on the third floor, the party finds the Engraved Flask on the bed. This concludes the objective to search for Jerome's flask in the ruins for the task quest "Love Is the Plan the Plan Is Death". The next objective is to return the flask to Leonora, who is on the second floor of the Sprat Shack.
On the top floor of the Economy Flats, there is a locked door that requires Lockpicking 60. Besides a Sprat and some goodies, the party finds the phonograph "I Feel Like Me Again". Adrena-Time's side effects sound more like warning signs.
There is a bar right next to the Economy Flats. The roof is a decent place to snipe the Marauders positioned near the crane. Within the bar, the party finds a datapad with "Jerome's Journal". Poor Jerome. This updates "Love Is the Plan the Plan Is Death". I'm getting more and more suspicious of Adrena-Time.

Previously, the party gathered a few Lores for Strago in the World of Ruin and encountered the available monsters in the Jidoor/Zozo/Maranda area. Then, they went to the Veldt to start getting some more Rages for Gau while learning spells from their new Espers. They will now continue hunting on the Veldt.
World of Ruin - Overworld:
The party resumes outside Mobliz. The current lineup is Locke, Sabin, Strago, and Gau.
Strago equips the Cursed Shield. It is time to start the process of uncursing it. The Cursed Shield puts an array of status ailments on the wearer, but most can be prevented by giving the wearer a Ribbon, as well. The wearer will still be inflicted with Doom, however. The Cursed Shield will be uncursed after the party wins 255 battles with it equipped.
Strago has learned the following Lores: Doom, Roulette, Aqua Breath, Aero, 1000 Needles, Mighty Guard, Revenge Blast, White Wind, Lv. 5 Death, Lv. 4 Flare, Lv. 3 Confuse, Traveler, Dischord, Bad Breath, Transfusion, Rippler, Stone, and Self-Destruct.

Previously, the party defeated Odin in Baron Castle and claimed him as one of Rydia's summons. Then, they found seven of the eight Eidolons missing from the Land of Eidolons. Now, they will go to the Lair of the Father to challenge Bahamut and to find the last missing Eidolon.
The party resumes on the Blue Planet's Overworld near Mysidia. Cecil equips the Ice Shield; elemental resistance will be a priority in the Lair of the Father. The party boards the Blue Whale and takes it to the Moon.
Lunar Surface (time 1:18):
The party lands on the eastern circular ridge on the Lunar Surface. After disembarking, they make their way to the Lair of the Father.
Lair of the Father (time 1:59):
The party starts in the northwest floor B1 of the Lair of the Father. This dungeon is inhabited by dangerous monsters that also appear in the final dungeon.
Perhaps the most dangerous formation is a group of three Dark Sages, which can nuke the party to death with -aga spells. Edge especially will suffer, since his available gear offers precious little Magic Defense and Spirit. Thus, Cecil and Kain have gear that protects them from all the primary elements. If Rosa has Omnicasting, she can help mitigate the casualties by casting Reflect on the entire party ASAP. On the other hand, Dark Sages do have a small chance to drop Ribbons!
This dungeon also has three fixed encounters with Behemoths, which pose a major threat. They counter physical attacks with physicals of their own. Worse, they counter magic attacks with Maelstrom, which can reduce the party to critical HP.
In the southwest of B1, a chest contains Genji Gloves.
A secret passage leads to the northeast, where a chest contains a Genji Shield.
For completing the Lair of the Father B1 map, the party earns a Golden Apple.
In the southeast, the party goes downstairs to floor B2.
After a battle with Dark Sages, the party gets a Ribbon. Wonderful! This headgear protects against multiple status ailments. Rosa equips it right away.
A chest in northwest of the arrival point contains a suit of Genji Armor.
A chest in the east contains a Genji Helm.
On the bridge leading north between the two chests, the party encounters the first Behemoth. With Omnicasting and Dualcast, Rosa can give the party an advantage by casting both Haste and Blink on them. The Behemoth's Counter: Attack bypasses Draw Attacks. But do note that Rydia can paralyze a Behemoth with a Whip attack!
After the party defeats the first Behemoth, Kain reaches Level 64. Rosa reaches Level 67. Cecil reaches Level 68.

Previously, Heorot continued the Aht Urhgan storyline. In Treasures of Aht Urhgan Mission 29: "Puppet in Peril", he helped Aphmau try to save Ovjang from the Mamool Ja near Mamook. However, Luzaf abducted the puppets, and Aphmau went after him. Then, in Aht Urhgan Mission 30: "Prevalence of Pirates", Amnaf instructed Heorot to search Periqia for the Black Coffin. Now, he will do just that for Aht Urhgan Mission 31: "Shades of Vengeance".
Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Bastok. He exits to Bastok Mines.
Bastok Mines (time 0:49):
Heorot talks to Zopago in the Chocobo Stables. He gets the Day 96 status report for his chocobo, Amber Beauty, and gives her some care.
Afterwards, Heorot uses the Survival Guide at I-9 to teleport to the Aht Urhgan Whitegate, West Aht Urhgan.
Aht Urhgan Whitegate (time 5:39):
In the Chamber of Passage, Heorot uses the Runic Portal at L-7 to teleport to the Dvucca Isle Staging Point in Caedarva Mire, Arrapago Islands.
Caedarva Mire (time 7:05):
Heorot arrives at I-9 in the Dvucca Isle Staging Point on the second map. If he needs a new Periqia Assault Area Entry Permit, he can get one from Nahshib once per Vana'diel day.
With the Periqia Assault Area Entry Permit in hand, Heorot examines the Runic Seal at I-9. He chooses the mission "Shades of Vengeance". He is transported to Periqia.
Periqia (time 8:56):
Heorot arrives at F-8 in the northwest of Periqia. This Assault mission allows the player to use Trust alter-egos.
At H-9, there is a gang of K23H1-LAMIAE. They are aggressive, and they also link. Heorot's party must defeat at least three of these fiends.
Once Heorot's party has defeated three K23H1-LAMIAE, the battle concludes. Lengthy cutscenes take place. Among other things, we learn more about Aht Urhgan's court puppetmaster and the vizier. I suspected the puppetmaster's true identity. But we also learn more about Luzaf. Aht Urhgan Mission 31: "Shades of Vengeance" complete!
Caedarva Mire (time 40:30):
After the scenes, Heorot regains control at the Dvucca Isle Staging Point in Caedarva Mire.
Aht Urhgan Mission 32: "In the Blood" begins. Time to report to Naja Salaheem at the office.
Heorot uses the Runic Portal at I-9 to return to the Aht Urhgan Whitegate.
Aht Urhgan Whitegate (time 41:17):
In Salaheem's Sentinels, Heorot talks to Naja Salaheem at I-10. More lengthy cutscenes take place. After some "creative deductions", Heorot earns a reward of one Imperial Gold Piece. Aht Urhgan Mission 32: "In the Blood" complete!

Previously, Heorot carried out Maat's quest "Atop the Highest Mountains" and raised his level limit to 60. Now, he will continue training, this time in Xarcabard.
Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Bastok. Checking his delivery box, he receives money for three stacks of Light Crystals that sold. Thank you to the purchasers! Now, Heorot can pick up a couple of spells. He heads out to Bastok Mines.
Bastok Mines (time 1:18):
Heorot uses the nearby Home Point to teleport to Windurst Waters.
Windurst Waters (time 1:39):
In the southern part of Windurst Waters, Heorot goes to the Federal Magic Reserve at G-7/G-8. From Hilkomu-Makimu, he picks up a Scroll of Fire II. He uses it to learn the Black Magic spell Fire II. He does not pick up any White Magic here.
Heorot uses the nearby Home Point to teleport to Lower Jeuno.

Heorot visits Waag-Deeg's Magic at H-8/H-9. From Hasim, he picks up a Scroll of Cure IV and a Scroll of Barparalyzra. He uses them to learn the White Magic spells Cure IV and Barparalyzra. A Bar- spell increases resistance to the specified element or status ailment.
Heorot teleports to Ru'Lude Gardens.

After buffing, Heorot uses the Survival Guide at I-10 to teleport to Xarcabard in the Valdeaunia region.
Xarcabard (time 8:33):
Heorot arrives at the Outpost at H-9. He was right to come prepared, as a pesky Evil Eye is lurking in the Outpost.
From the Field Manual at H-9, Heorot takes on the Page 5 individual training. This is to defeat 5 members of the Demon family, 4 members of the Gigas family, and 3 Evil Eyes per training regime. Most if not all of the monsters in Xarcabard are aggressive, so I'm glad I did not come at a much lower level.
Evil Eyes spawn throughout Xarcabard and are extremely annoying. They have high resistance to debuffs, including Silence. They have Level 5 Petrify, so if your level is a multiple of 5, be careful. Ice Elementals spawn during snowstorms. Their Ice Spikes can inflict paralysis, but they have a chance to drop multiple Ice Clusters.
Gigases tend to spawn in the northeast. They are not too bad on their own, but look out for Evil Eyes in the area. Elementals can also appear. Frost Gigases are Beastmasters. Each is likely to have a Gigas's Tiger as a pet, so try to pull and defeat the tiger first.
Demons spawn throughout the zone, but there is a densely populated area of them up the ramp at H-7. Evil Eyes and elementals can also appear here, so take care. Sleep is a simple yet effective crowd control spell. Heorot definitely has a score to sett

Previously, the party continued "Dawn of Arahagiro", the story quest line in the Kingdom of Real Arahagiro. It is part of Real Rendashia's Land of Overlapping Destinies storyline. The party carried out Quest 238: "I Want to Become Human ASAP". They escorted King Moonis through the Real Defel Wasteland to the Real Jaira Jungle. Along the way, they defeated a Buffalogre and a Mohawker in a Gate of Trials. At the Kudus Spring in Real Jaira Jungle, King Moonis's curse was lifted, and he transformed back to a human, no longer a seaweed sovereign. The party will now continue the Real Arahagiro story quest line and seek one of King Moonis's lost friends.
Real Arahagiro (time 0:30):
The party resumes in the church in the Kingdom of Real Arahagiro. On floor 1F, Borul at E-7 has story info.
The party goes up to floor 3F. When they take the doors at D-6/E-6 to the throne room, a scene with King Moonis takes place. He introduces the party to the family of his servant, Karevan. Moonis issues Quest 239: "Search for Karevan", the fourth quest in the "Dawn of Arahagiro" quest line. The party must search for Karevan. Karevan would now be a monster with a scar over his left eye. Hm, that sounds familiar. The search begins in the Kingdom of Fake Arahagiro.
The party gains control outside the throne room after the scene. However, they currently have an opportunity to explore the adjoining rooms on floor 3F.
In the Royal Room to the east, a wardrobe in the north at F-5 contains a Full Moon Ring (まんげつリング). The black chest in the east contains the recipe for the Berserker's Blade (ケイオスブレード) greatsword, which requires Smithing Level 78.
When Heorot pulls out the Fun-Size Forge, he reaches Smithing Level 90. He crafts a Berserker's Blade +2.
In the south of the Royal Room, a bookcase at F-5/F-6 contains the recipe for the Malevolash (フリーズウィップ) whip, which requires Smithing Level 78. This whip has a chance to inflict on-hit paralysis or blunt. Heorot pulls out the Fun-Size Forge and crafts a Malevolash +2. Daston equips it.
In the King's Room west of the throne room, a black chest at C-5/C-6 contains 10 Duneberries (サンドフルーツ). The bookshelves contain "How to Lead the People" and "The King's Condition".
The party heads to the entrance area on floor 1F. They Zoom to the Kingdom of Fake Arahagiro.

At E-7 on floor 1F, the party talks to Quila. Their next destination is the Crag of Fake Murud to the west.

The party enters the Crag of Fake Murud at B-4 west of the kingdom.

As the party goes towards the northern monument, a scene takes place at E-3. They meet Serafi and her sabrecat friend, Chome/Karevan. The next destination is the Stone Tower of Courage outside the Kingdom of Fake Arahagiro.
After the scene, the party Zooms to the Kingdom of Fake Arahagiro.
Fake Arahagiro (time 24:57):
The party exits south at D-8/E-8 to the Fake Arahagiro Region.
Fake Arahagiro Region (time 25:18):
Just outside the kingdom, the party approaches the Stone Tower of Courage at C-3. This triggers a scene with Serafi and Chome/Karevan. The party attempts to transport Serafi and Chome to Real Arahagiro with the Brave Stone, but it does not work out as hoped. Now, the party must accompany their friends to the Fake Nashim Cave to look for Chome's missing cameo. The Fake Nashim Cave is in the underground in the east of the zone.
The party Zooms to the Fake Nashim Cave destination at F-5 in the east of the Fake Arahagiro Region. From there, they drop down to the Quicksand Desert.
The party drops down the eastern hole at F-4/G-4. In the underground, they take the door at G-4 to the Fake Nashim Cave (偽ナシームの洞くつ).

Previously, the party began exploring the upper portion of Ribbi Flats. In Laprel Knoll, they took out the Unruffled Narrah unique monster. They also explored the Caitlin Drum, the Sage's Balcony, the Grun Slope, and the Terra Wastelands. When they reached Elsie's Spout, they ran into Valdi. This started the required Hero Quest "The Kind Right Hand". The party fought Valdi and his Velites, but Valdi joined them afterwards. Now, they will look for three Levnis parts.
The party resumes at Elsie's Spout in the Ribbi Flats. Just to the west, they examine a device that lowers a ladder. Just past it, they find a Soldier's Husk.
The party goes east through Caitlin Drum to the Terra Wastelands. A scene takes place when they approach Valdi's storage area. They acquire the Levnis Auxiliary CPU.
The party heads northwest into the Caitlin Drum. As they approach the target, a scene takes place. The party battles an Equites. Afterwards, they acquire the Levnis Self-Charger.
The party goes southwest across the Igno Viaduct to Laprel Knoll. At the target location, they examine the wreckage on the ground. This triggers a scene. The party obtains the Levnis Endoskeleton.
After the scene, they go west and claim another Supply Drop.
Now that they have all three items, the party skip travels back to Elsie's Spout. A scene takes place when they approach the wreckage. A new complication shows up.
Following the scene, the party begins following Valdi's Mini-Levnis. It leads them northeast through Caitlin Drum and the Terra Wastelands to the Grun Slope.
They reach the Colony 30 Cave Mouth. As they approach the colony gate, a scene with Valdi and Consul Q takes place.
After the scene, it is boss time against the Incomplete Siege-Lev. This boss can be pretty tough, but Valdi is around to help with healing. Fortunately, my party got a good chain attack in.
More scenes take place after the battle. The party liberates Colony 30. "The Kind Right Hand" complete! The party earns Valdi's Wall Climbing skill, which allows them to climb certain walls. Lanz inherits Valdi's class, War Medic. Valdi is still in the party as a Hero.
The party must now gather information in Colony 30, so they explore the colony.
The Colony 30 Maintenance Bay location is in the northwest of the colony. In the north, they find the info "Yuzet's Reputation". They also find a Container.
Up the stairs to the southeast, they open a storage room in the north and find a Container. To the southeast, they find the info "Widespread Custom (1/2)".
The party takes a ladder down to the pond below. On a platform in the north, they find a Container.
Back up the ladder, the party goes to the living area. A Colony 30 Soldier runs the commissary. Near the Colony 30 Canteen, they find the info "Widespread Custom (2/2)". The next objective is to return to the Colony 30 center.
It appears both new discussion topics initiate quests, so the party will discuss them later.
The party goes to the Colony 30 center for a cutscene. Their next story objective is to climb the cliff near Elsie's Spout and head southeast.
The party skip travels to the Llyn Nyddwr Camp. They have received Colony 30 Collectopaedia Cards from Dinkidinki, Widgewidge, Repapa, and Ven. They already have the materials to complete Repapa's card.
At the camp, the party levels up with bonus EXP. They also cook a meal.
Next time, the party will carry out the quest "Where The Heart Is" and check in on Colony 9.

Previously, Davilas carried out Quest 393 to unlock the Dancer vocation. He also carried out Quest 431 to unlock the Fortuneteller vocation and Quest 438 to unlock the Tarot shop. He concluded with a gate quest to level up Dancer a bit. Now, Davilas will carry out the quests to unlock the Druid and Gadabout vocations.
Davilas gains control in his house in the Azlan housing area. Outside, he checks his mail. He receives a letter from Bela the fairy about the spring event. He also receives gold for items that sold on the bazaar; there is a convenient mailbox option for claiming everything at once. At the bazaar, Davilas puts some more items up for sale.
Afterwards, he Zooms to Kamiharumui.
Southern Kamiharumui City (time 4:11):
Davilas visits the pub and changes his vocation to Level 67 Sage. Then, he uses the teleportal at C-7 to go to the Woodworking Guild in the northern district.
Northern Kamiharumui City (time 5:53):
At G-4, Davilas talks to a Wedi named Surir by the moat. This triggers an event with Asahi, the Elf Druid. Uh, oops!
Hidden House of the Sun (time 8:53):
Davilas regains consciousness in the Hidden House of the Sun (陽衆の隠れ家). Another scene with Asahi takes place.
After the scene, Davilas talks to Asahi at E-2/E-3. Her name is in yellow, so Sanbitaria gives Davilas a Mini Medal for a total of 1,329.
Asahi tells Davilas about the Druid vocation. Then, she issues Quest 485: "Thunder Roars in Heaven", the Druid unlock quest. This quest has a few prerequisites: (1) have Version 4 installed and registered, (2) clear Quest 034: "Dharma's Trials", and (3) have a vocation at Level 50 or higher. Asahi wants him to find her summoned creature, Shujack. Davilas's first objective is to defeat Drooling Ghouls (スモールグール) in the Dream Forest (夢幻の森) to obtain a key item.
At D-7, Davilas exits. He chooses to go out to Northern Kamiharumui City.
Northern Kamiharumui City (time 14:27):
Davilas emerges at F-3. He can talk to a boat pilot in the city to return to the Hidden House of the Sun.

Previously, Heorot carried out a few unlock quests in and around Gatara. He did Quest 017 to unlock the Dol Board, Quest 001 to unlock the gold bank, and Quest 003 to unlock concierge service at inns. He also reached Thief Level 13. Now, he will start the main story in Gatara.
Gatara (time 0:24):
Heorot resumes in Gatara's church. Barba in the town's western square and Tsimma near the town's eastern entrance have story info.
In the western square, Heorot examines the door to the Junk Castle at C-5. This triggers a scene that introduces the Beautiful Phantom Thief Poikrin.
After the scene, Accha just outside the Junk Castle and Tsimma have story info.
Heorot enters the Junk Castle at C-5. This triggers a scene with Castle Lord Daston and his servant, Potskon. In return for the Key Emblem, Daston needs Heorot's help. He dubs Heorot Potskon #2. Heorot must accompany them northeast to the Caldea Mountain Path in pursuit of Poikrin. Daston and Potskon #1 join Heorot as guests.
After gaining control, Heorot can use party chat to talk to Daston. Accha outside the Junk Castle and Tsimma have story info.
Heorot Zooms to the Gatara Region - Mountain Path crystal in the east of the Gatara Region.
Gatara Region (time 13:00):
Heorot takes the northeast exit to the Caldea Mountain Path.
Caldea Mountain Path (time 13:23):
Heorot starts in the southwest of the zone. As he steps into the area, a scene with the adorable phantom thief and Daston takes place. The Caldea Cave to the east/southeast is the next destination.
Wickermen and Rockbombs can be found in the southern part of the area. Rockbombs can explode, so be careful. Heorot explores the area for sparkly spot treasures. Things like Sturdy Branches, Fiery Branches, Fisticups, Iron Ore, and Lava Lumps can be found.
Heorot reaches Thief Level 14 and earns 1 skill point for a total of 2. Under Claws, he spends 2 points on a node that boosts his affinity rate. He reveals the Wild Animaul node above Propeller Blade.
Overlooking the sea northeast of the Caldea Cave, Heorot finds a red chest with a Small Turtle Shell at F-6.
Heorot crosses the bridge to the central part of the zone. At F-4, he examines the crystal outside the Daraz Quarry. This adds the location Caldea Mountain Path - Mining Quarry to the Zoom Stone list.
Heorot takes the exit at D-7 to the Caldea Cave.
Caldea Cave (time 23:38):
Heorot starts in the southwest of the cave. The southern part of the area is unfinished. There are sparkly spots that can yield Iron Ore and Lava Lumps. The monsters include Dancing Flames and Walking Corpses.
Heorot reaches Thief Level 15. He learns the spell Rubblerouser and earns 1 skill point. He earns an accolade for reaching Thief Level 15.
He also acquires a subjugation request to defeat 3 Muddy Hands.
There is a portion of ruins in the north of the area. Monsters in the ruins include Raving Lunaticks, Robo-robins, and Catulas.
Heorot earns another accolade for winning 50 or more battles.
In the southern room of the ruins, a red chest at C-4 contains a Big Fossil.
In the small northwest room, Heorot searches pots at A-2 and obtains a Tombola Ticket, Mini Medal #008, and a Single Phial.
Heorot reaches Thief Level 16. He learns the spell Acceleratle and earns 1 skill point for a total of 2.
A red chest at B-1/B-2 contains 3 Single Phials. By the door to the innermost room, a red chest at C-1 contains an Evac-U-Bell.
Heorot takes the door at C-1 to the innermost room. This triggers a scene with Poikrin. Interesting save, Daston.
Heorot regains control at C-1. Daston and Potskon have left the party. Heorot's next destination is the Junk Castle in Gatara.
In many Dwarven caves and ruins, there are some rooms or dead ends where light comes in, such as the room at A-2. These are open to the sky, so it is possible to Zoom out of such rooms without hitting one's head on the ceiling.
