環頸雉的頭頂呈大面積棕褐色塊，白色頸圈有缺口，脇部棕白色，尾羽橫帶較寬，肩羽顏色為紅褐色帶白斑，
台南沙崙農場總面積約951公頃，種植許多牧草與人造樹林，讓保育類鳥禽有棲息之處，豐富的草原生態，成為環頸雉族群最穩定、最容易觀察的地方。
觀賞與拍攝野生動物時，應保持適當距離，心存善念，說好話，做好事堅持賞鳥初衷 ，不要捕抓 ，不要追逐，不要破壞，不要驚嚇，不要引誘才是正確的觀鳥態度和行為。

The Ring-necked Pheasant, commonly known as the "雉雞" in Mandarin, has a body length of about 80 centimeters for males and around 60 centimeters for females, with weights ranging from 545 to 1990 grams. The male has a brownish patch on its head, a white neck ring with a gap, brown and white flanks, wide-banded tail feathers, and reddish-brown shoulder feathers with white spots.
The Tainan Shalun Agricultural Area spans approximately 951 hectares, featuring cultivated grasslands and artificial forests, providing habitats for various conservation-worthy bird species. Its rich grassland ecosystem has become the most stable and easily observable location for the Ring-necked Pheasant population.
When observing and photographing wildlife, it's important to maintain a proper distance, approach with kindness, use positive words, and uphold the original intention of birdwatching. Avoid capturing, chasing, damaging, startling, or luring the birds – these are the correct attitudes and behaviors for birdwatching.

三餐要吃原型食物 , 不吃加工食品 , 戒喝咖啡飲料 , 多喝水 ,保持天天有氧運動
關於餐盤的部分,每天會自己煮早餐和晚餐,
午餐就外食 , 吃自助餐一樣是根治飲食的比例40%的蛋白質和油質+40%的大葉蔬菜+20%的原型澱粉和水果
每天自己煮的部分,
1.我使用冷壓初榨橄欖油炒菜(各種品牌輪流使用) , 煎蛋使用椰子油,並撒一些薑黃粉在煎蛋上,煎肉片或是炒雞肉時 , 初期,我會使用橄欖油 , 瘦下來後,我改用豬油煎肉炒肉 , 畢竟豬油比較耐高溫
2.調味料只使用天然的蔥 ,薑 , 蒜 , 辣椒和西式無添加的香料 , 鹽的部分使用海鹽 , 岩鹽 , 湖鹽(裡面含有微量營養素 , 但是這些鹽都不含碘 , 所以我們每星期都會吃2次的昆布 , 海帶芽 , 紫菜補充碘)
3.肉的部分是買回來自己煮 , 有時太忙也會買現成烤雞 烤鴨 , 秋刀魚和鯖魚會買現成烤好的 , 因為不喜歡廚房有腥味呵~蒸魚和其他海鮮類會自己煮 , 每天都要攝取不一樣的蛋白質 , 每種食物都輪流吃 , 雞蛋可以買土雞蛋 , 每天吃2~3顆
4.青菜類我習慣把青菜和菇類木耳一起炒可以同時攝取多種營養
5.澱粉類會吃地瓜,芋頭,南瓜,五穀飯或糙米飯(白米飯偶爾吃)
6.減重期間每餐都要吃飽 (1份吃不飽要吃2份 , 蛋白質很重要 , 青菜多攝取,好油也要攝取 , 重點在澱粉吃少一些 , ) ,餐與餐間才不會亂吃東西, 以上和你
7 .醬油要買自然釀造的,成分五種以內,用玻璃瓶包裝

鳳頭蒼鷹(Crested Goshawk)為鷹科又名鳳頭鷹或打鳥鷹， 體長約為30-46公分，展翅54-79公分，體重約為224-450公克。鳳頭蒼鷹雌雄相似 ，雌鳥體型較大虹膜橙黃色，雄鳥較紅 ，眼圈黃綠色嘴黑色 ，腳黃色粗壯 ，裸足。雄鳥頭鼠灰色 ，體背深褐色 ，翅膀褐色，腹面白色帶橙褐色橫紋，喉部有黑縱紋，腹面有斑點，鳳頭蒼鷹的短冠通常不易見到。
鳳頭蒼鷹對獵物處理方式頗為殘忍，通常是先拔毛再吃內臟、腸子，然後吃肉。鳳頭蒼鷹在台灣為特有亞種的普遍留鳥猛禽，隨時都有機會和鳳頭蒼鷹相遇。

The Crested Goshawk, a member of the Accipitridae family, is also known as the Crested Hawk or Bird Hawk. It has a body length of approximately 30-46 centimeters, a wingspan of 54-79 centimeters, and weighs around 224-450 grams. Crested Goshawks exhibit sexual dimorphism. The females are larger with orange-yellow irises, while the males have redder irises and yellow-green eye rings, black beaks, and stout yellow feet. The male has a gray head, dark brown back, brown wings, white underparts with orange-brown crossbars, black streaks on the throat, and spots on the abdomen. The short crest of the Crested Goshawk is usually not easily visible.
Crested Goshawks are known for their rather brutal way of handling prey. They typically pluck feathers, consume the internal organs and intestines first, and then eat the meat. In Taiwan, the Crested Goshawk is a common resident bird of prey, which means there is always a chance to encounter one.

ハイタカ（Crested Goshawk）はタカ科の一員で、クレステッドホークまたはバードホークとも呼ばれています。体長は約30〜46センチメートルで、翼幅は54〜79センチメートル、体重は約224〜450グラムです。ハイタカは性的二型を示します。雌は大きく、オレンジ色の虹彩を持っており、雄はより赤みがかっています。黄緑色の目の周りに黒いくちばしと太い黄色い足を持っています。雄は頭が灰色で、背中が濃い褐色、翼も褐色で、白い下部にオレンジ褐色の横縞があり、喉には黒い縦縞があり、腹には斑点があります。ハイタカの短い冠羽は通常見えにくいです。

八色鳥名字由來、羽毛有綠色、藍色、黃色、栗褐色、乳黃色、紅色、黑色和白色八個顏色。
體長約16至20公分，翼展為38公分，體重約67至155公克。
八色鶇雌雄同型，虹膜暗褐色，嘴黑色，頭頂黃褐色，過眼線黑色，胸腹部黃褐色，背部翠綠色，尾下覆羽紅色，小覆羽和尾上覆羽淡藍色和金屬光澤，展翅時初級飛羽黑色有明顯白斑，短尾，尾羽黑色，腳暗紅色。
在台灣八色鳥為夏候鳥，在低海拔和丘陵次生林地繁殖，受驚嚇時會飛到樹上，雄鳥在求偶期會大聲而頻繁地鳴叫。以森林底層中的蚯蚓、大型昆蟲為食。八色鳥每年4、5月清明時節，從南洋或海南島飛抵台灣在9月和10月份會陸續離開，宜蘭龍泉步道、雲林湖本村、台南六甲北勢坑、苗栗天花湖水庫、高雄黃蝶翠谷等地區都可和八色鳥相遇。

The name "Eight-colored Bird" originates from the fact that its feathers display eight different colors: green, blue, yellow, chestnut brown, creamy yellow, red, black, and white. It measures approximately 16 to 20 centimeters in length, with a wingspan of 38 centimeters and weighs around 67 to 155 grams.
The male and female Eight-colored Birds are similar in appearance. They have dark brown irises, black beaks, yellow-brown crowns, black eye lines, yellow-brown chests and bellies, emerald green backs, red undertail coverts, light blue and metallic sheen on the lesser coverts and uppertail coverts. When the wings are spread, the primary flight feathers show distinct white spots against a black background. They have short tails and black tail feathers, and their legs are a dark red color.
In Taiwan, the Eight-colored Bird is a summer migrant that breeds in low-altitude and hilly secondary forest areas. When startled, they fly up to trees. During the courtship period, the male birds vocalize loudly and frequently. They feed on earthworms and large insects found in the forest understory. Every year, during April and May, Eight-colored Birds fly to Taiwan from regions like Southeast Asia or Hainan Island. They start leaving Taiwan in September and October. You can encounter them in various locations, such as the Longquan Trail in Yilan, Huben Village in Yunlin, Liujia Beishi-keng in Tainan, Tianhuahu Reservoir in Miaoli, and the Yellow Butterfly Emerald Valley in Kaohsiung.

2021年10月1日在大雪山林道和黑長尾雉漫步雲霧森林中，黑長尾雉是台灣特有種的鳥類。
黑長尾雉(Mikado Pheasant) 為雉科又名帝雉，雄鳥體長約78公分，雌鳥
約47公分，重量大約1000至1300公克。黑長尾雉雄鳥虹膜紅褐色，嘴黑灰色，腳暗灰色，全身為具金屬光澤的暗藍色，臉部裸皮為紅色，雌鳥全身褐色，大部分羽毛有淺色羽緣。黑長尾雉通常在山地森林的底層植被中安靜地覓食，在林道旁或開闊的地方也可以觀察到。
黑長尾雉分布於臺灣的中、高海拔山區，是臺灣的雉科鳥類中棲息於最高海拔者。在大雪山林道，阿里山，塔塔加林道，玉山國家公園都有機會和黑長尾雉相遇。帝雉在晨昏最為活躍，這時牠們會到比較空曠的地方覓食，在清晨5-6點 及傍晚6-7點之間為最易於發現雉類的時段。

On October 1, 2021, in the misty forests of Dasyueshan Forest Road, a Mikado Pheasant, a bird endemic to Taiwan, strolled through the clouds and mist. The Mikado Pheasant, also known as the Black Long-tailed Pheasant, is a species of pheasant. The male bird measures about 78 cm in length, while the female is around 47 cm, weighing approximately 1000 to 1300 grams. The male Mikado Pheasant has reddish-brown irises, a black-gray beak, and dark gray legs. Its body exhibits a metallic luster of dark blue, with a red bare skin on its face. The female bird is mostly brown with lighter feather margins. The Mikado Pheasant usually forages quietly in the undergrowth of mountain forests and can also be observed near forest roads or open areas.
The Mikado Pheasant is distributed in the middle and high-altitude mountain areas of Taiwan, residing at the highest altitudes among the pheasant species in Taiwan. You have the chance to encounter the Mikado Pheasant in places like Dasyueshan Forest Road, Alishan, Tatajia Forest Road, and Yushan National Park. The pheasants are most active during dawn and dusk when they venture into more open areas for foraging. The best times to spot them are between 5-6 AM and 6-7 PM.
When observing and photographing wild animals, it's important to maintain a proper distance, approach with kindness, speak softly, and act with respect. Upholding the original intention of birdwatching means not capturing, chasing, disturbing, frightening, or enticing the animals. This is the correct attitude and behavior for birdwatching.

今はしないことは、将来も行わないことがあります。2021年10月1日、大雪山の森林道で、台湾固有の鳥であるミカドキジが雲と霧の森を歩いていました。ミカドキジ、またはブラックロングテールファイザントは、台湾の雉の一種です。オスの鳥は約78cmの長さで、メスは約47cmで、重さは約1000〜1300グラムです。オスのミカドキジは赤褐色の虹彩、黒灰色のくちばし、暗い灰色の足を持ち、全身は暗い青の金属光沢があり、顔の皮膚は赤色です。メスの鳥は主に褐色で、羽毛のほとんどに淡い色の縁取りがあります。ミカドキジは通常、山地の森林の下層の植生で静かに餌を探し、林道や開けた場所でも観察されます。

小杓鷸(Little Curlew)，體長約28至32公分，展翅68至71公分，重量118-221公克。雌雄鳥同型。成鳥頭頂兩側為黑褐色，中間有淡褐色縱紋。頸、背、胸部及翼覆羽為淡褐色，有褐色條紋。尾上覆羽及尾羽淡色，有模糊橫斑紋。翼下覆羽淡棕黃具黑褐斑紋，喉及腹部白色。羽色無季節性變化。眼褐色，嘴喙略彎曲，前端黑色、下喙基肉色，腳粉灰色。
小杓鷸在台灣是不普遍的過境鳥，小杓鷸繁殖地在西伯利亞東北部，冬季南遷於菲律賓群島、摩鹿加、澳大利亞。每年秋過境8至9月以及4至5月春過境，偏好乾燥的旱田耕地和草地覓食，在屏東崁頂農場 , 台南沙崙農場，台南將軍北埔社區都有機會和小杓鷸相遇。
觀賞與拍攝野生動物時，應保持適當距離，心存善念，說好話，做好事堅持賞鳥初衷 ，不要捕抓 ，不要追逐，不要破壞，不要驚嚇，不要引誘才是正確的觀鳥態度和行為。

There are things we don't do now that we won't do in the future.
The Little Curlew, with a body length of about 28 to 32 centimeters and a wingspan of 68 to 71 centimeters, weighing 118 to 221 grams. The appearance is the same for both males and females. Adult birds have black-brown sides on the crown with light brown streaks in the middle. The neck, back, chest, and wing coverts are light brown with brown stripes. The upper tail coverts and tail feathers are pale with faint crossbars. The underwing coverts are pale yellow-brown with black-brown markings, and the throat and abdomen are white. The plumage does not change seasonally. The eyes are brown, the bill is slightly curved with a black tip and a fleshy-colored base on the lower bill, and the feet are grayish-pink.
The Little Curlew is not common in Taiwan and is a migratory bird. It breeds in northeastern Siberia and migrates south to the Philippines, Malaysia, and Australia during the winter. It passes through Taiwan in autumn (September to October) and spring (April to May), preferring dry fields and grasslands for feeding. There are chances to encounter the Little Curlew in places like Kanding Farm in Pingtung, Shanlun Farm in Tainan, and Beipu Community in Tainan.
When observing and photographing wildlife, it's important to maintain an appropriate distance, approach with goodwill, speak kindly, and behave responsibly. Upholding the original intention of birdwatching means not capturing, chasing, damaging, startling, or luring the birds.

リトルカーリューは、体長約28から32センチ、翼開長68から71センチ、体重118から221グラムです。雄雌同じ外見です。成鳥は頭の側面が黒褐色で、中央に淡い褐色の縦縞があります。首、背中、胸、羽の覆いは淡い褐色で、褐色のストライプがあります。上尾羽と尾羽は淡い色で、かすかな横縞があります。下翼の覆いは淡い黄褐色で、黒褐色の斑点があり、喉と腹部は白いです。羽毛は季節ごとに変化しません。目は褐色で、くちばしはわずかに曲がり、先端は黒色で、下くちばしの基部は肉色で、足は灰色がかったピンク色です。
リトルカーリューは台湾では一般的ではなく、渡り鳥です。繁殖地はシベリア東北部で、冬にはフィリピン、マレーシア、オーストラリアに南下します。台湾を秋（9月から10月）と春（4月から5月）に通過し、乾燥した畑や草地で餌を求めます。屏東の崁頂農場、台南の沙崙農場、将軍北埔社區などでリトルカーリューに出会うチャンスがあります。
野生動物を観察し、撮影する際には適切な距離を保ち、良い意志をもって接し、優しく話し、責任を持って行動することが大切です。鳥を捕まえたり追いかけたり、傷つけたり驚かせたり、誘惑したりしないことが、鳥を観察する際の適切な態度と行動です。

2021年11月15日嘉義縣東石鄉鰲鼓濕地西南水域來了18隻罕見的小天鵝，包括11隻成鳥、7隻幼鳥，在台灣屬於稀有罕見的冬候鳥。
小天鵝又稱鵠，身長140至165 公分，展翅205至275公分 , 重量7.5至12.7公斤。雌雄同型，成鳥擁有長頸和雪白的羽色，嘴喙基部為亮黃色，幼鳥全身羽色淡灰，嘴喙基部粉紅，高貴優雅的氣質是天鵝的特徵。
小天鵝主要於北極圈的苔原繁殖，東亞族群在冬季會遷徙至日本、朝鮮半島、中國、台灣等地。小天鵝過去曾出現台灣的地區多為低海拔的平原、河岸溼地。例如高美溼地、大肚溪口、宜蘭無尾港、蘭陽溪口、高雄茄萣、屏東龍鑾潭等。
在秋末冬初的嘉義鰲鼓溼地，我不期而遇了來自北方的18隻小天鵝，它們在湖面上優雅地停棲休息。這短暫的交流仿佛拉近了我與大自然的距離。嘉義鰲鼓溼地成為了這段難忘回憶的背景，而18隻小天鵝則成為了我心中永遠的朋友，留下了深刻的印象。我深信，這樣的美好瞬間將永遠在我心中閃耀。

Hello to all friends who cherish Taiwan's ecology,
On November 15, 2021, in the southwestern waters of Aogu Wetland, Dongshi Township, Chiayi County, 18 rare small swans arrived, including 11 adults and 7 juveniles. These small swans are considered rare winter migratory birds in Taiwan.
Also known as geese, the small swans measure 140 to 165 centimeters in length, have a wingspan of 205 to 275 centimeters, and weigh between 7.5 to 12.7 kilograms. They are sexually monomorphic, with adults having long necks and snow-white feathers, and their bill base is bright yellow. Juveniles have pale gray plumage and a pink bill base. Their noble and elegant demeanor is a characteristic of swans.
Small swans mainly breed in the tundra of the Arctic Circle, and the East Asian population migrates to Japan, the Korean Peninsula, China, Taiwan, and other places during the winter. In the past, small swans were spotted in various regions of Taiwan, especially in low-altitude plains and riverbank wetlands, such as Gaomei Wetland, Dadu River Estuary, Yilan Wujie Harbor, Lanyang River Estuary, Kaohsiung Qieding, and Pingtung Longluantan.
During the late autumn and early winter at Aogu Wetland in Chiayi, I unexpectedly encountered these 18 small swans from the north, gracefully resting on the lake's surface. This brief encounter felt like it brought me closer to nature. Aogu Wetland in Chiayi became the backdrop for this unforgettable memory, and the 18 small swans have become everlasting friends in my heart, leaving a profound impression. I firmly believe that such beautiful moments will forever shine in my heart.

台湾の生態を大切にする皆さん、こんにちは。
2021年11月15日、嘉義県東石郷の鰲鼓湿地の南西水域に18羽の珍しい小天鵞鳥がやってきました。そのうち成鳥が11羽、幼鳥が7羽で、台湾では希少な冬鳥です。
小天鵞鳥、または鵠とも呼ばれ、体長は140〜165センチ、翼幅は205〜275センチ、体重は7.5〜12.7キログラムです。雌雄同じ特徴を持ち、成鳥は長い首と雪白の羽毛を持ち、くちばしの根元は明るい黄色です。幼鳥は全身が淡い灰色の羽毛で、くちばしの根元はピンク色です。気品に溢れる優雅な姿が天鵞鳥の特徴です。
小天鵞鳥は主に北極圏のツンドラで繁殖し、冬季には東アジアの個体群が日本、朝鮮半島、中国、台湾などに渡ります。台湾では過去に低地の平野や川岸の湿地などで観察されており、例としては高美湿地、大肚川河口、宜蘭無尾港、蘭陽川河口、高雄茄萣、屏東龍鑾潭などがあります。
嘉義の鰲鼓湿地での秋から冬にかけての日、北方からやってきた18羽の小天鵞鳥に偶然出会いました。彼らは湖面に優雅に休んでいました。この短い交流が私と自然との距離を近づけたような気がしました。嘉義の鰲鼓湿地はこの忘れられない思い出の背景となり、18羽の小天鵞鳥は私の心の中で永遠の友となり、深い印象を残しました。このような美しい瞬間は私の心に永遠に輝くと信じています。
