Get ready for a symphony of silly! In our 4th and final Halloween Retro Roundtable we celebrate and discuss - Evil Dead II: Dead by Dawn. Sam Raimi's definitive horror comedy sequel that improves upon the original installment in every way, but is it really considered a sequel or is it remake of the first movie?? In truth it doesn't really matter to us, because we love this movie all the same.
Come join us and have a groovy time as we break down all the blood splatter, chainsaw cutting, and all the eyebrow-raising violence. Combined with masterful stop motion, practical effects, and of course the amazing physical acting from the one and only Bruce Campbell makes this a must see movie during Halloween or anytime really. Thanks for listening!

Avatar: The Way of Water has grossed over 2 billion at the Worldwide Box Office. Since it's release back in December. James Cameron has had a lot to say about a great many things. In a recent interview the King of the World at the box office has seemingly taken shots at Marvel's trademark hammy and cutesy jokes. Which is very interesting because both Avatar and Marvel movies are financed by Disney. However, it is James Cameron and he does whatever he wants. And we are here to cover it all ?? Thanks for watching!
Brad Pitt is taking a ride on a train, and we got the bullets. Join us as we review this high paced zany action/comedy by director David Leitch. A film about five assassins on a fast moving bullet train who come to find out their missions have something in common. Does this movie hold up to the likes of John Wick or Kill Bill? Find out!
We just wanted to let people know about who we are and the kinds of films we love and care for. We want to help preserve cinema from the past by having roundtable discussions on older films. We also love watching new films and would like to share our takes on them. Please join us as we go on this adventure together.

We're back and we're continuing our Halloween Spectacular Retro Roundtables by discussing one of the coolest vampire movies ever made - Joel Schumacher's 'The Lost Boys'. This movie continues to be a go-to 80s horror comedy watch 35 years after its release and considered by many (especially us!). An essential watch thanks to the distinct designs, kick-ass soundtrack, awesome ensemble cast of characters, and the right balance of horror and humor with lots of blood. If you are looking for a vampire movie with style and attitude - look no further than this gem.
Sleep all day. Party all night. Never grow old. Never die. It's fun to be a Turk & Raz vampire.

We're going to destroy this podcast just like James Cameron destroyed the box office back in 2009 with a little film called 'Avatar'. Both of us always felt this movie was a visual feast if nothing else. However, after re-watching it again, Avatar remains in its own way a cinematic wonder - which brings the audience as close as ever to actually visiting an alien world. The world of Pandora comes alive so visually, aurally and emotionally that it is in itself the true star of the show! After 12 years we think Avatar is a true event and it does what exactly a movie should be intended to do - it takes us away from our problems and worries for a few hours. Thanks for listening
