We do this in an effort to live up to their expectations, or avoid conflict. And in doing this, we fail to recognise what we deeply desire for ourselves and what is true within our own heart.
If you're trying so hard to fit in, you're missing out on all the benefits of stepping out and really being you - that person that comes out when no one's looking, when your guard is down - that's you. And the good news is, we're all waiting for you to do it. Even though we won't say it out loud, we really want to know what the real you looks like, sounds like, acts like. We want you to do it so we can see just how easy it is for us to do it too. Let it shine!

Art and entertainment don't need to be expensive. Sometimes the most fascinating and wonderful things come from the most peculiar places.
Blair Somerville lives in the remote town of Papatowai, on the South Island of New Zealand. He uses found materials and other curious objects which he re-purposes into magical moving artworks.
Blair realized early on that he didn't need a lot to live, and that money and material possessions were not important. Instead he has chosen to value happiness, creativity, and well-being.
Today is a major milestone for us - today we release our 100th film in as many weeks :)

We are our own worst enemies and harshest critics. We need to stop with the judgement, and instead learn to love every aspect of our being.
It is one of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves, learning how to love ourselves. And what we will learn is that the amount of love, kindness and patience that we have for others is directly proportional to how much love, patience and kindness we have for ourselves… because we cannot give others what we ourselves do not have.
We need a revolution - and the revolution needs to start from our own self worth.
