You can try to cook this soup, but it may not easy to find fermented pineapple pickle in your area, you can use fresh pineapple instead.

Here are the ingredients
1. Chopped Chicken/Chicken heart
2.Bitter Melon
3. Your hands
4. Fermented Pineapple Pickle or Fresh Pineapple
5. Cooking Wine
6. This Video

If you use fresh pineapple to cook it, then you will need to add some salt to the soup to increase the flavor.

材料很簡單自己在家動手做

1. 切塊雞肉/雞心 菜市場老闆都會幫你剁好
2. 鳳梨豆醬 菜市場買的到
3.苦瓜 菜市場
4.米酒/料酒/紹興酒
5.跟著影片煮

提醒:
鳳梨豆醬本身已經有鹹味,所以煮湯不用再另外加鹽
另外不要一次放太多,煮的過程鳳梨會釋出鹹味
煮個20分鐘後試一下,不夠可以在加一點
也可以添加新鮮鳳梨增加果香(影片中沒放)
**另外用砂鍋煮湯喝起來更香甜
