Here is the first activity that I've done at Queenstown! Ziplining with Ziptrek Ecotours was really fun and also learned a lot about the local environment and ecosystems, and what Ziptrek takes to minimize human impacts in the area. There are two zipline tours offered - the 6-line Kea tour and 4-line Moa tour. The last zipline of the Kea is also the steepest zipline in the world, and features an extra brake rope and a safety net near the end of it. Unfortunately I wasn't able to film the last zipline as the safety net meant that we could not carry loose objects like cameras in our hands. This is the second Ziptrek location that I went, and before that in 2014 and 2016 also went to Ziptrek Tremblant in Quebec. Welcome onboard Air Canada's Airbus A320! On 5 August 2023 after the conclusion of the Outward Bound Canada journey in Canmore, I flew back home to Vancouver. It was a beautiful evening and I had a great time enjoying the views outside as well as the excellent service and hospitality provided by Air Canada. Although I have flown and filmed this route the year before, this one featured different scenery being filmed in a different season and different time of day. This aircraft was part of the original batch of A320s delivered to Air Canada in the 1990-early 2000's, and still features the original cabin fixtures as well as the EIS1 avionics complete with the CRT screens in the cockpit. The A320 and A321 will be refitted with a new cabin with Airspace cabin fixtures as well as new seats like those on the A220 providing a consistent product across the fleet. Currently, only C-GITU (the A321 with the Star Alliance livery) has this new cabin in service.
