I would like to thank everyone who offered help and advice. A special thank you to Uncle Jim and Chicowize for doing VR's. I believe that after bending the fail safe bar to a 90 degree angle and adding some springs, it is functioning properly. Unfortunately, Dillon never reached back out to me or responded to my emails. I honestly don't have time to call them everyday. I wish it could have turned out differently, but I will take some of the blame. It seems that the COVID pandemic has really put them behind, according to their website. Hopefully, what happened to me is not representative of their customer service as a whole. I have put in another request for a service call and look forward to a reply.
Thanks for Watching.

I had a lot of good advice and help from the comments on my last video about this powder measure. I just go over it again and try throwing some charges. I threw around 20 charges to get the powder leveled out and dropping close to what I wanted. Then I threw 23 more charges and posted the numbers at the end of the video. I am still not sure what to think of this Dillon press and this powder measure. Thanks for Watching.

I test out some 155 grain Hornady XTP in 10mm. I loaded them with Accurate #9, once fired Starline Brass, and Winchester LP primers.
Check out my video on the Sig Sauer V-Crown bullet in 10mm here:
