Five Times Five Perform five reps of these five great kettlebell exercises for a full body workout and go as many rounds as is appropriate for your goals, go as heavy as appropriate for your goals and still maintain good form, good form is priority number one!
In this video I focus more on the transitions than the exercises itself, I find most people seem to have trouble with the transitions from exercise to exercise, besides there are already so many great tutorials out there.
5 x double hand swings
Transition: double hand clean
5 x front squat
Transition: single hand throw out
5 x figure 8 squats
Transition: seamless
5 x around the body
Transition: single hand catch and throwback
5 x around the body
Transition: double hand
How did I put this one together? I just grabbed the bell, decided what my first exercise would be and then let the bell flow to where it can go next... I paired this video with some of the best remixes of a great song by Awalnation that always gets me pumped -- SAIL

• 4 minutes of dynamic stretching and mobility work

• 5 rounds of (total 15 minutes)
◦ 6 x 10 seconds (1 minute in total)
1. 0 to 10s Dead swing clean and stay in rack
2. 11 to 20s Squat and stay in the bottom position
3. 21 to 30s Come out of the squat and stay in rack
4. 31 to 40s Press and keep overhead
5. 41 to 50s Lower and stay in rack
6. 51 to 60s Drop back to dead
◦ 1 minute of double arm kettlebell swings
◦ 1 minute of rest
• 4 minutes of stretching and mobility work
• 5 rounds of (total 10 minutes)
◦ 6 x 5 seconds (30 seconds in total)
1. 0 to 5s Dead swing clean and stay in rack
2. 6 to 10s Squat and stay in the bottom position
