A warm and comforting coconut-based curry with chunky tomatoes that goes well with idiyappam, rice and appam.
Ingredients
As required Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
½ tsp Fenugreek seeds
2 stick Curry leaves
1 Onion sliced
2 Green chili
1 Red chili
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 medium Tomato
1 tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp Chili powder

1 liter Coconut milk
