Why You're Always Going To Be Alone In Life: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nw_D6Rt1jlI
The External Validation You Get Will Never Be Enough
Most of us seek external validation from a lot of different sources. We want to feel loved, we want to feel accepted and we want to feel that we're worth. Most of this external validation seeking comes from an unfulfilled desire to be loved.
However, when we seek external validation, we get into an illusion that this will make us feel happy and loved. We believe that by seeking external validation and love from others, we will feel better and we would get the love we always wanted.
I've gone through that process. And as someone that gets a lot of praises I felt the need to say that this is never enough and it will never be, if you're not in peace with yourself.
No matter how much external validation you get, it will never be enough. NEVER. You will not fulfill your inner desires by doing that.

"What Doesn't Kill Us" Book Review
So, as I like to say, I tend to buy some books just by reading its name. And this is exactly what happened with "What Doesn't Kill Us".
What a freaking awesome name! And what an AWESOME book! I must say I was surprised by it.
Here is the book description, extracted from Amazon:
"Our ancestors crossed deserts, mountains, and oceans without even a whisper of what anyone today might consider modern technology. Those feats of endurance now seem impossible in an age where we take comfort for granted. But what if we could regain some of our lost evolutionary strength by simulating the environmental conditions of our forebears?
Investigative journalist and anthropologist Scott Carney takes up the challenge to find out: Can we hack our bodies and use the environment to stimulate our inner biology? Helping him in his search for the answers is Dutch fitness guru Wim Hof, whose ability to control his body temperature in extreme cold has sparked a whirlwind of scientific study. Carney also enlists input from an Army scientist, a world-famous surfer, the founders of an obstacle course race movement, and ordinary people who have documented how they have cured autoimmune diseases, lost weight, and reversed diabetes. In the process, he chronicles his own transformational journey as he pushes his body and mind to the edge of endurance, a quest that culminates in a record-bending, 28-hour climb to the snowy peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro wearing nothing but a pair of running shorts and sneakers.
An ambitious blend of investigative reporting and participatory journalism, What Doesn't Kill Us explores the true connection between the mind and the body and reveals the science that allows us to push past our perceived limitations."

Do you lie to yourself?
If you do, then you're about to destroy your entire life and career! Lying to yourself is one of the worst things you can do to yourself.
Most of us don't actually seek out truths. Instead, we try to avoid even finding them out.
There are places in your life that are screwed up. There are insecurities which you have inside that you don't wanna face. But, you REALLY need to face it.
If you really want to be successful you need to be true to yourself. Lying to yourself in all (or just in specific) areas of your life will be very harmful to you.
If there is one advice I could give you is... Don't life to yourself. Instead, choose to face reality.

Stop Explaining Yourself Too Much!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1h1XvlGU3xE
China: Moon Hill & Accepting Reality As It Is
Today is time to talk about China's Moonhill and why you should start accepting reality as it is.
For those who don't know, China's Moon Hill is a hill with a natural arch through it a few kilometers outside Yangshuo in southern China's Guangxi autonomous region. It is so named for a wide, semicircular hole through the hill, all that remains of what was once a limestone cave formed in the phreatic zone. Like most formations in the region, it is karst. It is also a popular tourist attraction.
It takes roughly 20 minutes to climb (about 800 steps) to the arch, or considerably longer for those who mean to reach the hill's summit. Access is not free and visitors must pay an entrance fee to be allowed to climb the hill. Souvenirs and refreshment vendors often follow climbers up and down the path. (WIkipedia)
Climbing that mountain has made me realize how we should accept reality as it is. You know, when travelling in China we were packed. There were a lot of things to carry from one place to another which made our trip and moving from one place to another very difficult.
However, this is what we had back then. We could start bragging and complaining about it, but we just accepted reality as it was. And this is what you should be doing too.

Discrimination In Workplace
It's 2017 and we all know what discrimination is, right?
Unfortunately, there are a lot of people that are still discriminated by their skin color, sexual orientation, the place they were born, etc.
But... how do you react if YOU are the one being discriminated in your workplace? How would you act and react to this?
In this video, I received a question from a reader asking me that he applied for several jobs but got zero responses. Some people said it was because of his name.
How do you overcome this awful situation? What can you do to show them that you're better than that?
