In this video I explain and talk about the three key points for which I believe can have a great impact on your relationship with food and could potentially change your life as a whole. It maybe sounds trivial but these simple "habit changes" and experimentation could develop yourself and act as the building blocks of a greater - you. I don't know if everyone can resonate with the things I'm talking about in this video but I'm sure that someone will because from experience I know that it helped me. :)
In my opinion, having structure in life is a core essential for achieving any big goals in life. Whether our goal is to achieve an aesthetic physique, build a successful company, or simply organize our everyday tasks. Introducing structure to the equation can help to guide us in the right direction. Everyone seeks to accomplish great things in life. The problem is that most people tend to just daydream about these goals and keep them only inside of their heads. I believe that finding a way to move these thoughts from our mind into a physical (or digital) form, is an important prerequisite to making our dreams a possibility. STRUCTURE can provide us this. It doesn't matter HOW we decide to structure the steps necessary to achieve our goals, but it is vital to do it somehow. In this video, I stress the importance of SAVING our thoughts, because it is something so crucial for achieving success in any endeavor, yet most people don't bother to even do that.
So while this video doesn't go into technical details regarding the structuring of your goals, it does, however, discuss the core idea of structuring important things you wish to achieve in life. It could maybe nudge someone to help them change their mindset in order to convert their desires into tangible, actionable tasks. I suggest watching the video to learn more. :)

Blaming others - the easiest way to give up on life and accept our misfortunes. Since it is convenient for higher powers (and everyone else) to keep you poor and powerless, no one actually wants to tell you the truth.
In this video, I talk about human nature and why is it so normal for us to blame other people for our problems. I then discuss how this behaviour perfectly fits in the modern way our society functions.
Afterwards, I share with you some practical tips that could help you break out from the victim mentality everyone is constantly reinforcing around us and help you learn how to take responsibility in your life. When you stop blaming others for your problems, you gain control over your life and acquire the ability to make a POSITIVE CHANGE.

Self-improvement is getting more and more mainstream. What used to be a niche for overachievers and people who overoptimize everything in their lives is now gradually becoming the thing EVERYONE goes to when seeking to improve their lives in any kind of way.
In this video, I discuss the reasons why this is happening. All in all, I *do* think it is a positive trend that sets our confused modern society in the right direction. However, when diving into the "self-help" world, it can be easy to develop an unhealthy obsession with a healthy lifestyle. In the video, I talk more specifically about the causes of this, mention some other issues with the state of self-improvement, and of course, suggest solutions to the issues mentioned. People today are stressed out more than ever before. The fast pace of modern life, technology, high expectations from others and the crazy events that are constantly unfolding in the world, can all make our head spin too much and leave us feeling overwhelmed. What to do when everything seems just to much?
In this video, I share with you a simple method you can use at ANY time you are feeling stressed out and overwhelmed about ANYTHING. Firstly, I explain why we feel stressed out about things in the first place and I present the goal of the method. Afterwards, I talk about the specific steps of the method that should help you to calm down and relax.
When you first hear about this, it may seem that the method is too simple and not so useful, but I can say from experience that it often helps me a lot to deal with anxiety. However, like I mention in the video, the method needs to be practiced many times over again in order to become effective. It wasn't so effective for me when I tried it for the first time either.
I encourage you to hear me out and try out the method for yourself. You could realize that it is powerful in the same way it is for me. :)

Men today, especially young men, are more confused than ever before. The value of hard work end consistent effort has been virtually forgotten. Pleasure and discomfort avoidance became the norm in modern society, portraying consistent hard work as something negative.
The truth, however, is the following: Being consistent in many areas in life, can give a man countless benefits and can potentially completely change his life for the better. A lot of men today, don't even know how much they could actually gain from getting up from the couch, delaying gratification, and actually devoting some of their time to do serious work. Self-love is a crucial thing to have in order to live a quality life. Loving ourselves can unlock many doors and remove many boundaries that prevent people from living their lives to the fullest extent. As I mentioned in the previous video, loving ourselves is an important prerequisite to building ANY kind of relationship with people (friendships, romantic relationships, business partners).
In this video, I discuss how can one go about improving his or her self-love in order to fully reap the amazing benefits that life provides us. I talk about one thing which I believe is the biggest sign telling that a person lacks self-love, but I also suggest a way to genuinely increase our love for ourselves. Having real and meaningful relationships in our life is something that gives us true happiness and fulfillment in life. However, genuine relationships of any kind (friendships, romantic relationships, business partnerships) are something that is very hard to find today. People today don't have a lot of friends. Many people claim that they don't have any friends at all. Depression is at an all-time high. Marriages are at an all-time low, and marriages that do manage to form often end up in a divorce. Social relations between people have never been so off as they are today.
One big factor contributing to this grim reality is the lack of true, meaningful relationships. In this video, I discuss the one thing which I believe is the essential prerequisite to forming genuine and true relationships. It is something that we are critically lacking in modern society...
