Celestian Tales: Realms Beyond - Isaac (Reed) & Cammile Prologue
In the newly expanded Granoble, two Companions go over some of the affairs of House Ryne as they determine how to establish trade routes that the realm direly needs. Sadly, the new Lord Ryne does not take to the duty as dutifully as his sister would like. Then a "stowaway" on the ship home leads to two Companions returning home in a foul mood... ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttUKwJH_BYI
The Sonja missions continue, this time with Sami at the helm. Ironically, since Sami sucks with everything other than infantry and indirects, she is almost at Sonja's level with the direct units when her bad luck strikes. However, we are in a pretty good situation to use the indirects we have, and while Sonja can see through reefs, she has to find subs the old fashioned way.
The objective here is a property capture race with a middle island that is pretty important for getting your numbers. You need to force the units there off, and then chase off the indirects to stop you from capturing it. Sonja will attempt to send reinforcements though, so you will need to pop her landers periodically to deter them from coming. Just be aware her AI has changed from the GBA version so she will venture out a bit more which can mess with your predictions if you're familiar with the old style.

The extermination is at the very end of the video. We continue the patrol onto the east side of everything outside of Crossbell with the exception of Tangram Gate, which is part of its own video. If you want to see what the NPCs at Armorica have to say, or what can be found in the chests along the way, you can find that in the remainder of this video. This is the attempt to break the patrol up into a slightly smaller part so that it can upload more easily.

The Yellow Comet campaign comes to a close with the final Sonja mission. Unlike with Max, there is a naval element to this one, and you can see just how well rounded Andy is.
My strategy here is to get the rocket and infantry up onto the peninsula to serve as a distraction of sorts. It is somewhat effective as you can see that the rocket almost runs out of ammo and we do secure the area while killing the other stuff there. With that decoy in place, I am advancing the length of the map with the rest of my units, seeking the indirects she has hiding in trees. Once you find them, you then have a straight shot to her HQ to seize it and bring your time in the Yellow Comet to an end.
Now, we enter Green Earth and start to learn what has happened. Green Earth is where the gloves can start to come off, so be prepared for some unique battles.

I wanted this to come out earlier today, but splicing the audio and video tracks together took longer than I'd like. As I mentioned, we pick up similar to how I did the demo, taking Alfyn as my MC and playing through his first chapter. Learning a bit more about the game in general, I know a little more about what I need to do and even how to approach some of the side quests. As such, there is less confusion and more brutality. I'm sure that is what everyone wants.
Alfyn's story is about him developing into a healer, which requires him to save his best friend's little sister. In the process, he realizes he wants to travel the world, and so he sets out. What awaits is going to be a little way's off though...
Also worth mentioning, I talk about the secret dungeon in the game since it has everyone buzzing at the moment. We do the first step here by helping the wounded traveler, but it will be a little while before we can take the next step. In the mean time, we'll be running the circuit, collecting the villains before the heroes.

With Ava back, we're only missing one other person from getting the whole group back together. Since there are no leads as to where Kryska is, we spend this video going after the trial and finding out how she beat the treason charge. Apparently there is a sizable conspiracy afoot, and the person who can help us unravel what is going on just so happens to be located in a somewhat abandoned sector of space.
Before we go in search of that though, we get a rematch with Cosette that goes the way you would expect. By bringing her down, we get another set of orders to use, which actually is something that will help with some of the coming missions, especially since assault weapons seem to be a lot more popular this game.

Reuniting with Asaga and finding Lynn at her disposal, we have the means to strike out against PACT courtesy of a salvaged Ryuvian vessel the latter has been working on. To really stand a chance, we will need everyone, so we need to make a plan. It would be nice to get Ava back immediately, but in order to do so, we need to get the help of a mercenary and fortune teller. Surely nothing can go wrong with this plan.
All of the old mechs are gone, and the new ones run a new module system that is a little strange. I am trying to find out what is ideal, but I can recommend running Sola in Trebuchet mode as Archangel should not be moving that much. I've had success with the Sunrider in Titan mode, but I don't know if that should be a permanent thing. Ultimately, since the upgrades cannot be undone, I am thinking the module system is going to be a pain to balance, so expect my recommendations to change based on buffs and nerfs in the coming days.

This is the kind of set I ideally want to get for these videos, where each game is as a different role. Machamp has a mix of damage and lockdown, Crustle can take some hits and retaliate, and Venusaur is just raw DPS. By now, all three have made enough appearances that you know what to expect.

It is not ideal to do the Master's dungeon immediately upon recruiting them as you need the different master moves unlocked to move throughout this place. Once you have the moves, by all means, enter this place and look it. There are no random battles here, so I show myself fighting the enemy that reappears so you can see what it is like. Once you reach the end of the dungeon, there is another one of them to fight that will despawn the rest. Since they are not high value targets, you may not find it worthwhile to fight them at all.

The Orange Star finale is here, this time with us able to choose which CO goes into battle against Flak. The new feature they have here is the "Factory" which will give quasi-random free units to the enemy and the only way to stop it is to actually block the exit spaces with units. Now, I mean quasi-random in that there is a list of units that are going to pop out at fixed intervals, so it is essentially pre-scripted.
I recommend bringing Max here as you can hit the seam with a bomber to wipe it out in 1-2 turns depending on bomber health and whether or not you have your power. You can see here that I am able to one-shot it with a full HP bomber during Max Blast, but it is overkill. As much as I hate to say it now, you will see something similar happen in the actual final battle of the game, so if you want to reference it, just remember this video when we get there.
With this, Black Hole is out of Orange Star and we can either move onto Blue Moon or Yellow Comet. Blue Moon is the easier of the two, and I always enjoy playing as Grit, so you know where I am heading. Orange Star will be popping up in upcoming missions to lend aid, and once both of these are complete, we can finally move onto Green Earth.
