BOSS FIGHT! This level's got some problems with stuff, I'm still feverish and it was 2 am when I recorded this, but we're going for the final world! Yeehaw! The boss fight isn't much. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5AIYzCir2qA

How was it for you, darling?
MISSION PLAN:
Silverballer.
Lucky, I've done this kill numerous times and every time Jordan got stuck upstairs and had to be "distracted" out of his coma, but not this time. I actually tried recording this weeks ago, but because the AI was so messed up I rescheduled recording it for later.

As the doctor digs out the bullet from 47's gut, a police car pulls over outside. This seemingly scares the doctor who promptly skedaddles out of there. The sounds of a couple arguing outside triggers another dream, or two to be accurate, of Rotterdam.
A chief of police currently running for mayor has been photographed "entertaining" a young lady friend naked in the back seat of his car, and Rutgert Van Leuven, the leader of the biker gang Flaming Rotterdam is selling these photographs to a journalist coming to buy them tonight. The police chief has previously hired a private investigator named Klaas Teller to enter the gang undercover and retrieve the photographs but has not been heard of in a while, meaning he may have either double-crossed the client or has been caught by the gang. In either case the investigator is a liability and must be dealt with before he spills the beans.
47's mission this evening is to kill both Klaas Teller and Rutgert Van Leuven and get the indiscriminating photographs before the journalist does.
Funny thing: if you mug the reporter early on in the level and only take the money he intends to use to get the photos, he will still go and try to buy the photos. As you can guess, Van Leuven doesn't take kindly of him wasting his time when he can't find the envelope and the journalist will be promptly shot.
You can often spot stuff in Contracts that obviously paved the way for the more refined mechanics in Blood Money. This level has what I think is an early example of Blood Money's accident system: you can tamper with the electricity and turn off the power from the garage, killing a biker when the car he's working on drops on him. This is a way to remove the guard/s from the entrance to the basement where Klaas is as they go to check on their friend, but is ultimately useless as entering the basement is ridiculously easy even without the distraction. It's interesting regardless.

This week's Tavern Brawl has players battle with Legendary decks, where I believe 5 different random legendary minions are cloned 4 times each. Surprisingly and very unfortunately this was one of THE most boring weekly brawls I have witnessed despite the premise sounding good.
There was absolutely nothing going on in majority of the games I played. One player got a big legendary and it's clones on the board earlier and had the opponent dead before they got their minions out and each match usually only saw 2 different minions played with no interesting match-ups or combos. I played a lot more than what's shown in the video and because not a single other match went anywhere I cut most of them out.
I saw more of Malygos, Elite Tauren Chieftain and Nat Pagle in one night than I ever wanted to.

Elusive Target 18. Supposedly great at disguising himself, but that little detail plays no part in the actual hit.
I planned a slightly more complicated non-accident kill at first, but luckily remembered on the equipment menu that this required an accident.
Pro tip: Don't use the shit antique syringe.

With all four talismans in his possession Garrett can finally return to the cathedral, open the doors and take the Eye.
Should be his final mission if everything goes smoothly.
I thought about doing the objectives in the order they are given to Garrett, but that would mean a lot more backtracking for little things, so me moving stuff around is just some preparation for the end of the mission.
This is the scariest level in Thief, in my opinion comparable to the first part of Cradle in Deadly Shadows. Took me two days of constant replaying before I started to ease up with the enemies around and even then I actually had a Hammer Haunt enter my nightmares. I were dreaming that I were dreaming, and when I woke up in the dream and walked out of my room wondering about the fucked up dreams I had, I heard the sound of footsteps clanking on metal ground, straight from Thief, outside my apartment door, and a Hammer Haunt came in to get me.
Can't say that the reason why recording this level took two days was for me crapping my pants, because it was actually framerate problems. FPS kept dropping to 3 at random intervals. I thought maybe it was DDFix and Fraps fighting each other and already got worried for the future of my Thief II walkthrough, but it was just my shitty PC, dying. So I saved often and let little mistakes pass if the framerate stayed steady.
There's an easy way to complete this level REAL fast on any difficulty in the original version of Thief: put something between the front doors to prevent them from closing. As long as you don't talk to the apparition near the cloister your only objectives are always to get the Eye and leave, allowing you to finish up in a minute or so. This is a walkthrough of the actual missions so I couldn't do that here even though I wanted to.
In Thief Gold the doors close no matter what, but I hear even then there exists a shortcut that takes a little bit of organizing of boxes.
Speaking of boxes, that one necklace you need a box to climb to, damn stupid idea. Standing on boxes in this game is much harder than it may look.

Spyro clears the last level and opens the mysterious door in Dragon Shores.
You can't believe how confused I was when the door required 40 orbs and I had only 39, which was all I could get according to the book. I had to look online to see what the deal was, because I didn't realize that the book doesn't list Speedway levels. Then I had to figure out which speedway level I missed and where.
I'm annoyed. Either list all of the levels or don't list any, because if you list only some of the levels then it just lulls me into false sense of security and gets me to trust the lists blindly and ultimately confuses me when I don't know what I supposedly missed, like what happened here.
Overall, didn't really like Spyro 2 as much as I do Spyro 1 or 3. It's too much of a transitional period between the simplicity of 1 and complexity of 3 and I much prefer either or, not both mixed like in this game.
The end.
