An interview with one of the leaders, Carey Theissen, of the Thornhild county group who defeated the draconian bylaws set forth by their Rural Council. In the interview will look further into what alerted county residence to what was happening, how they organized, and what their future looks like for the county.
At 43:38 we work through a general process that residents can use to organize, educate and advocate in their municipalities. I will also be posting a the shorter video with just the process used by Thornhild County.

NOTE: In the beginning of the interview I said that the bylaws were made without a public consultation however during the interview it was found that there was public consultation though it was very little.
Also, sorry about the stupid background I won't do that again

CORRECTION it was our 3 in the series not our 2nd
The reading is from the book Lonesome Dove.
Today, Chris and I talk about the possibility of representing characters musically and what kind of flavor do these personalities possess.
Then we explore leadership through the eyes of Woodrow Call. How does Call ideas around leadership effect his sociability and his reflection on other leaders. Is Call like this because of his leadership model or is his leadership model like this because of Call’s personality? Does Call’s type of leadership this effect how his men view and interact with him?
What happens when leadership isn’t earned? Can leadership be educated into you? Does being “elite” make you a leader? Does a leader need to see themselves as different from the people they are leading?

The hero that doesn't know he's a hero.
The reading is from the book Streets of Laredo.
Today we discuss my favourite characters PeaEye Parker. He is so often overlooked as a character but I think one of the most dynamic characters in the book though at first glance he seems flat. Is being dependable and hardworking one of the greatest foundations of a person's character? Can a good relationship be a driver for purpose and grit? Can some leadership hold back people. What happens if you beleive what others say about you? What happens when the hero doesn’t know he is a hero?

“Technology is supposed to be a tool for the betterment of humanity.”
-Lori
Thanks to Lori for explaining smart-meters and nnEMR (Electrosmog) to us.
We talk about property rights, personal choice and health consequences.
Understanding regulatory capture and how industry is in charge of the “health research” of its own products which leads to many conflicts of interests and industry directed policies. Do our City/Town Councils even know what that are signing before they sign the document.
We are happy that Lori has been able to take charge and have the choice of the technology she’d like on and in her house- that said, the financial penalties are still a barrier for her and many others.
There are some great ideas to mitigate the effects of nnEMR (Electrosmog)-

We catch up with CareyLeigh and Julie from Thorhild County; they are giving us an update after defeating their Land Use Bylaw (LUB) and what the future looks like within their county.
We lay out a general template of next steps for going forward to be more active within your council and to how be proactive about new bylaws coming in; we also touch on new laws being purposed. The details are actually the analysis that provides the path forward and are an important part of creating a new relationship between government and the people and building community.
We also take a look at personal character and the skills that can be used to help build a community that is less reliant on government to take care of issues and conflicts. How do we create a community network to replace the bureaucratic system and stop subcontracting out our personal rights and responsibilities?
