when we saw it had snowed (a little bit) overnight
we knew pinkon would be very much surprised
because she had never seen snow before!
so when she gave the signal she was ready to go out
we all went together, with the camera at hand, of course, to grab this unique moment
well, nothing spectacular happened. haha!
but i loved it that she gave me that unsure look in the beginning
and before she went off to explore
she first confirmed with a headbump we are in this together :-D
i was sure she would not be cold because of her proportions (let's put it that way...)
but her little toes had to get used to the snow :-D
*found me some old pictures i still wanted to upload*
many more chair cushions than chairs in the house
so we collected them all and put them on top of eachother on this one chair
to find out which ones had to go
it did not take long before zumo discovered this new spot
he jumped on, inspected the whole deal,
and quickly decided that this heaven of endless softness would be his new favorite :-)
of course, we kept all the cushions for our sweet little prince
untill he changed favorite spot again
(which usually happens once a month)
Zumo knows already how this whole bed thing works and usually finds himself a spot near our feet in a corner of the bed.
Pinkon is still doing whatever she thinks is best for her, and she litteraly left me just enough space for my legs.
Of course, I agreed to this maldistribution of sleeping territory.
Most of all because I was actually happy that pinkon started leaving behind her I-will-catch-everything-that-moves-under-the-blanket-phase! :-D
where doors lead humans through walls
for cats it is usually a step to go higher up
zumo's journey of exploration lead him to a place where humans cannot (easily) reach
he found himself in a spiderweb jumble with very limited space to move around
he quickly came back down (via the door)
i wiped the cobwebs of his snout
zumo doesn't like cobwebs
he has not gone back since
:-D
