牛油酥最終狀態是屬於偏油性的

杏仁粉25克
椰子粉5克
洋車前子殼粉5克

赤藻糖醇10克
紫薯粉1克
小提示:
麵團不乾不濕剛剛好
包製小提示:
1.油皮包著牛油酥時盡量不要露餡,不然混酥了層次不夠分明
2.夏天天氣炎熱比較難包,可以將油皮冷藏一下再包

❥材料INGREDIENTS :

椰漿100克
吉利丁/粉7克
淡忌廉150克

**如用吉利丁片可將吉利丁片先泡軟,再隔熱水融化。
**吉利丁粉可先與3倍液體(21克的水)先混合靜置至凝固,再隔熱水融化。

❥材料INGREDIENTS :
杏仁粉100克

可可粉20克
泡打粉3克
鹽1克
牛油50克
蛋1小隻(~50g)

1.先將所有粉類材料在一個大盆裡
2.把牛油溶化,加入雞蛋攪拌均勻
3.將液體倒入粉類,攪拌至團狀
4.最終麵團是帶點油,濕潤的
5.直接把麵團
烤箱180度20mins
變脆的小提示:
1.烤制過程使用熱風功能
2.放涼後放冰箱冷藏1-2小時即變脆
