Another one of my cycling episodes as I ride alongside the dual-track construction project, this time I am cycling from Pakchong town to Klong Khanan Chit Railway Tunnel.
Along the way I pass two railway stations, Sap Muang and Chanthuk Stations, and they hydro damn Lam Takhong. Off to the far right across the dam and up the Khao Yai Tiang hill you see a couple of wind turbines - also for electricity generating.
Weather wasn't good on this trip, it was somewhat dark & cloudy and a spot of rain, therefore not so photogenic, but for me cycling along trails like this is far more enjoyable than on a road and passing by petrol stations after petrol stations :)

Join us on a family holiday to Tasmania from Melbourne in December 2022, we start the journey with a train ride to Geelong, and an overnight ferry ride on the Spirit of Tasmania across the Bass Straits to Tasmania.
To be honest, initially, I thought that Tasmania didn't have much to offer, but boy was I wrong, the stunning natural beauty is beyond words, and we definitely would love to return another day to do more trails in Cradle Mountain, Mt. Wellington, Port Arthur, etc. there is so much to explore, bring good hiking shoes is what I would highly recommend.

Travelling in Bangkok can be very convenient if you know how to get around, whilst avoiding the traffic jams which Bangkok is well known for.

This particular trip was from Tha Chang Pier to Krungthon Bridge Pier.

One of the Thai government's mega project was to move the current Hua Lumphong Railway Station out of the city center, and position it 7.5 kilometers north of its current location. Also, the new location will make it the new transport hub, linking diesel rail, highspeed electric trains, subways, sky trains, airport rail link, and interprovincial buses, etc. It certainly is one huge project.
There was talk of linking Bangsue to Kamphaengphet & Chatuchak stations via a mega underground network with shops, restaurants, hotels, etc. however I haven't heard anything further on that subject.
Anyway, the point of this expedition is snooping around, no seriously, it's just something to do whilst there's a CoVid19 outbreak and I had to get out of the house and away from lockdown with the wife & kid..... driving me nuts hahahaha.
Hope you enjoy the video.

A weekend away to Suphan Buri province, generally this province is not considered a tourist destination for foreign tourists, but actually, there are quite a few gems to visit, especially in terms of forest parks.
On this trip, we visit the following places.
Phutoei National Park
Wat Khao Tham Thiam (Bhutsaya Khiri Suvarnabhumi - Rock Buddha)
Wat Phu Hang Nak
Wat Khao Phra Sri Sanphet
Wat Khao Dee Salak
The first part of the footage was shot with my faithful Sony FDR X3000, however I had turn off the microphone prior for an earlier bicycle journey. Later on I switched to the GoPro Hero 8.
Between the two cameras, the Sony is less complicated and much easier to hold by hand, whilst the GoPro shape makes it difficult to hold, and best to put it on a gimble.
