I am using my Chinese brush I apply a muted turquoise that I have made with the three colours and just under the clouds i drizzle a line of paint for the perspective - horizon of the painting. Watch how the line feathers up and down, it will only do if the paper is wet.

I am going to go back over my base line to create more width and depth. After you have applied the paint I tip again away from me to let the baseline release. Very important to keep observing how it changes and where the strength of colour rests on the wet paper.
