Very raw, quick and dirty live stream King & Balloon (MAME) gameplay attempt.
I deliberately didn't publicise this, but may do in future if anyone is actually interested, now I finally figured out how to get it working!:D ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zwJQ1dS5R5s
In this stream I play The Cosmic Tunnels by Datamost (1983) for the Everything C64 Discord February Challenge. Played on a real C64, this is a multi-stage game which is quite playable once you get used to it. It does, however, take a bit of time to play!
Stream score is 163,800 which I'm quite happy with!

With a final stream score of 213,300 on game 3 I didn't beat my first submission of 222,000 but I do like this game because I can still play it quite well!
If you want to take part, the challenge video is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KU9kpqQedoc
This is a clip from my Amiga stream on 2nd August 2023 in which I play Archipelagos on Amiga, with very effective PiStorm32-lite acceleration.
The first level is weird but for some reason once that's cleared (which is possible as you see) it runs perfectly!
I play through Level 1-10 before ending the game to continue the stream with another game.

After a shaky start I played River Raid on my C64C and got a score of 56,650.
The shaky start was due to an echo that I couldn't trace... then realised it was because I have my channel on the Laptop (which is audio linked) and it had unmuted the stream! One more hurdle leaped and will know in future ;)
In this stream I played Wizball on a real C64 for the Everything C64 Discord February challenge and managed a score of 75,390, which is a personal best!

A quick, commentated video showing how well the Powkiddy RGB30 works over HDMI.
Games featured:
0:40 NES Balloon Fight (Vs Hacked Version)
3:35 C64 Cruising on Broadway (my game)
6:00 C64 Pengo (Everything C64 Discord May Challenge)
8:23 Arcade: Uncle Poo (Mamemeister Kerfuffle game I failed to get working in the first Powkiddy video).
In this stream I played Turtles (AKA Turpin) by Konami and released by Stern (1981) for the Mamemeister High Score Kerfuffle Season 10 Part 2. This is a game I remember well from the time and one I can actually do well in! l don't loop the game in this stream but still beat the current next closest in the challenge so it's actually looking like a possible win for me!
I'm using the MiSTerFPGA system to play this game.

In this stream I played New Rally-X RC1.1 by The Stuff Made (2022) on a C64C (real hardware) for the Everything C64 Discord September challenge.
This is a truly great port. Not *quite* finished but that's just finishing touches like high score music to do so gameplay is great. My stream score was 157,340, which is also a personal best!
I also played the insanely fast REU (expanded memory) version. This is very WIP but is looking like it's going to be by far the best Rally-X port ever made for any system other than arcade.

In this stream I played Rod-Land by Jaleco (1990) for the Mamemeister High Score Kefuffle Season 13 Part 2, using the MiSTerFPGA core. I was initially looking forward to playing this but it turned out to be a jank-fest! Controls are so unresponsive it takes a lot to get to grips with. I know it's possible because Pinge can 1cc it almost every time he plays but it's not one I had much fun playing. I finished the stream attempt with a score of 205,800 and that's about as much as I want to put in ;)
After the challenge I played the 2018 remake of Sqij on the ZX Spectrum to completion. If the game was this playable initially it would have done much better, even though it's quite a short game to finish!
