Here I touch on Roadwarrior Drake's main villain from the first series back in 1992. Originally just a mob leader with a dark covering over his face, he is now retconned as an underground ring leader of organized crime, sporting a metal hand and possibly a bulletproof jacket under his trench coat. He likes to gore enemies and collects their skulls as trophies.
