It was so funny they were hungry ducks but once the flock started to head down the lake they turned around and never ended up eating. We’ve got a serious heat wave here and I thought since yesterday I couldn’t get out on the lake in the afternoon I would go out first thing this morning and canoe with the ducks and share it with you. Funny thing was the ducks were sleeping on the water at 8am it was like I let them out to early and they were beat by early morning. The ducks ended up coming back to the yard early, it was just too hot at the lake I guess and they want to stay in the shade in the yard.
