EPIC SHOULDER EXERCISE WITH A TABLE | Free/ Effective / Simple
Hello everyone, I want to share with you an awesome shoulder exercise you can do with a bench table. You can also do this at home if you have a table available. PRO TIP : You can also add some weights on top or have another person sit on the table while you train. The closer they are to you the harder it will be, and the closer to the edge way from you the easier. However doing the exercise with one hand is challenging as it is - at least for me.

This is simply one of my useful ideas that I use very often, it's so easy to make and will make your workouts that much more better.
Your old shoes can make for an awesome training/workout equipment, the sock on top of the shoes makes an excellent padding for lifting heavy to provide an intense workout but, without the blisters and the wider grip helps build the forearms and grip strength.
You can use them as chest fly & abs pads if you have a wooden floor or as knee pads.
You can use more parts of the shoe like the sole for whatever you can think of, even cheap sandals with some rope or use the shoelaces for your rope lol.
As always the message here is generating creativity and saving money.

Increase your finger strength and flexibilty no matter who you are. I have a lot of extercises useing just your hands, things around the house, and good equipment I would recommed to anyone.
