#POTA #SpotterJutting With The Road To A Kilo K-2319 Rock Creek State Park done and in the books. What do we do next? Why some Radar runs of course. On 21-Dec-21 I did exactly that. I packed up the truck and headed out for a short 2 park radar run. The first one K-0271 Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge located in South West Jasper County, Iowa near the town of Prairie City. This park by far has one of the quietest noise floors that I have ever worked when set up not off the mobile mount. A typical noise floor at this park is between S0-S2. This park is a must if you are in the Des Moines area.
