I took their ideas and used what I have in my cupboards to create My own Chicken in oven Recipe. Thus proving that if you can follow direction, You Too can be an awesome cook. MY RECIPE: Chicken legs washed and pat dried 1 cup of all-purpose white flour (amount really depends on the chicken size) 1 tbsp of black pepper 1 tpsp of Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp of Ground Ginger 1Tbsp of Creole Seasoning (I should have used 2 tbsps) I probably used about 11/2 tbsps of I can't believe it's not butter melted in the pans. The video shows me throwing it all together, edited down to save time.
