Sorry for the delayed upload my ncurses editor is almost done.
This was edited on a x200s :DD With a editor I wrote in ncurses, still a WIP, but its kinda usable at this point, the version on gitlab is outdated.

I rebuild some laptops, a IBM t42 and a t60, while I talk about the grievances I have with modern smart phone design. Particularly in the areas of repair and overall functionality, as well as software and lack of security.
I focus mainly on the currently latest iPhone 11 and the Samsung s9, as well as discuss the limiting factors of battery chemistry, lack of typically standard ports, such as the SD card and headphones.
I also mention general grievances such as the lack of ability to control ones own device even within the realm of software.
