I made this yesterday but my phone wasn't able to upload it - hope it helps you today and any day you watch it in the future!
Remember you don't need any fancy setup, just paper and a pen or pencil. Start there - and YES I know it can be hard: when I tried to write again after years of computer work, I found my hands HURT?!?! Like I was in a 4-hour handwritten test or something, so I changed the way I hold a pencil and it unlocked my writing and opened up new pathways in my brain: all-new pattern encoding because I was writing now differently with my hand. It's been secret gamechanger for me - not even mentioned in the video even! You likely are one of the few people to read the description and learn this ;) ;) thank you for being here!
