Direction:
Step 1: Take a pan add ghee and heat it and then add milk and stir it and slightly heat it and then add Powder Milk gradually with stir and then mix it well.
Step 2: Now add Powder Sugar and stir and mix it well and then add Green Cardamom Powder and mix it well and then stir it continuously on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 3: After 10 to 15 minutes turn off flame and put it into a tray (Butter paper or grease oil ) and set it well and garnish with Pistachios and then rest it for 1 hour on room temperature.
Step 4: After that cut it into desir shape and serve it. Your Milk Powder Barfi is Ready.

Ingredients for Chicken Handi :
Chicken, - 500 gms
- Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Onions, fine chopped- 1 big (100 gms)
- Tomatoes, chopped- 4 small (200 gms)
- Green Chillies, cut into big pieces - 3 nos
- Ginger, julienned- 1 tbsp
- Coriander, chopped for garnish- 3 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
- Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper- 1/4 tsp
- Whisked Curd or Yogurt- 2 tbsp
- Oil- 4 tbsp
Preparation:
- Clean & wash the chicken fillets and pat dry.
- Chop the onion, tomatoes and coriander leaves, julienned the ginger and cut the 3 green chillies into small pieces.
Process:
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a Handi and add Chocken. Fry on low heat for 5 minute and add onion paste cook for 3 mints no add salt. Mix and fry on high to medium heat for 3-4 mins. Take it out and set aside.
- Add the chopped tomatoes & 1/4 tsp salt and cook on medium heat for 3-4 mins till soft.
- Now add the Turmeric, Red Chilli and Coriander powders, mix and add a splash of water.
- Continue to cook for around 3 mins on medium to low heat till oil separates.
- Add the fried chicken and fry on medium heat for 5 mins till water dries up and oil separates.
- Now switch off heat and add the whisked curd/ yogurt. Mix well and cook on low heat for 2 mins till oil separates.
- Now add the crushed black pepper, garam masala powder Mix well and cook for another 2-3 mins.
- Now add the green chilli pieces and ginger juliennes, give a mix and then add the fresh cream. You can add few tablespoons water if required.
- Give a mix and simmer for 2-3 mins till oil separates.

Method
1.Soak half kilo basmati rice in water for one hour
2.In a pan heat oil - 4 tablespoon
3.To this oil add sliced onions - 2 medium sized and fry till golden brown
4.Add ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon and saute till raw smell disappears
5.Add boneless chicken pieces - 1/2 kilo
and salt - 1 teaspoon
Saute for 2 minutes
6. Add Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Biryani masala powder - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Mix and saute for 1 minute
7.Add diced tomato - 1 medium sized and cook till it turns smooth
8.Add Yogurt - 3 tablespoon and diced green chilies - 3
Mix it well
9.Cook till chicken turns tender
10.In a bowl bring water to boil
Water - 4 liter
To it add Salt - 2 tablespoon
Clarified butter - 1 tablespoon
11.When water boils add soaked rice and cook till 80% done
12.Drain water after rice is cooked
13.In another pan add 1 teaspoon clarified butter and a layer of rice then place another layer of chicken in the same way add layers and garnish with few mint and coriander leaves also add yellow food color mixed milk and at last pour two tablespoons of clarified butter
14.Now place an old tawa on stove and on it place biryani vessel and heat for 5 minutes under high flame then reduce flame and cook for 20 minutes this is called dum
15.After 20 minutes open lid and our biryani is ready
16.Serve hot with raita and baingan ki chutney
