https://youtu.be/kRDveUlbH54Chef EK is using Chocolate Sponge from another video to make these treats. you can be creative and add variations to your chocolate treats, this is just a guide to start you off
1) Crumble leftover cake sponge by hand
2)Add your favorite nuts if you like (optional)
3)Mix with some Ganache or thick chocolate sauce
4)Refrigerate for 30 minutes
The Ganache will set and become more firm due to the cocoa butter infused in the mix once cooled
5)Use a Scooper to evenly portion chunks of mix and roll them into balls
6)Place Popsicle sticks in the center of the ball and dip into melted chocolate
Since the Dough is cold, the chocolate will set fast around it, but refrigerate it for another 10-15 minutes
7)Dip once more and place on a slab of chocolate like i did in the video, or create your own base by letting the excess chocolate drip down and set
8) Plate and serve!
