We came back from Florida and after 2 weeks I have gained 7 pounds. Today I’m starting back on the lifestyle change I made back in July 2020 which caused me to lose 41 lbs very easily I want to see if it is at all possible for me to lose 90 pounds without strenuous exercise and eating unhealthy foods. The hurdles I will have to deal with are, of course the holidays. To be honest, I don’t know how many holiday meals I will be eating while COVID is still present. Maybe it will work out in my favor as long as I stay healthy. I hope you enjoyed the set up of this video. As you can see part of the video was shot with my cell phone, the rest I used the Canon 90d.
