The Only Currently Available "Common Law" October 25, 2019 By Anna Von Reitz
People in the patriot community like to go around bleating about "Common Law" this and "Common Law" that --- what they mean is our American Public Law, which is our Common Law --- but which is not widely available.
The Federal Courts have no obligation to "interpret" the Common Law for actual States of the Union, so in 1938, they announced that they don't have a "General Common Law" --- that is, Public Law; all the Federales have is Military Common Law, and nobody in their right mind would wish to be judged under Military Common Law. However, when you ask for "common law" in their courts, that's what you get.
They don't do the kind of common law people are thinking of. They no longer carry the Bible into the courtroom with them. And since they have taken over what poses for most "State Courts" and operate these as "State of State" Courts instead, the same problem applies to what appear to be state level court actions. You still are not accessing American Common Law and for the same reasons.
To this correct this requires that Americans: (1) declare their political status; (2) establish their standing; (3) populate their lawful jurisdiction on the land and soil of this country, (4) assemble their State of the Union; (5) form their own courts to serve their own people ---- county and state.
We are a separate population and have our own form of law that is a higher form of law than what the Federal and State of State courts practice, but until you "come home" and operate your own government --- that is, self-govern --- you are presumed to be a federal employee or dependent and to be subject to their foreign forms of law.
Once you realize that what you are looking at and thinking of as "your courts" aren't your courts, you can begin the process of restoring order to this country, starting with correcting the presumptions about your own political status.
Are you a Federal Employee or Dependent? (This does not apply to Federal Retirees, except in the matter of income tax.) If you aren't a Federal Employee, you need to stand up and say so.
You need to record your political status declaration and seize control of your own name and estate. Otherwise, you are going to be held responsible for the Queen's debts and the Pope's debts and your own assets will be at risk and they will continue to have an excuse for hauling you in and prosecuting you under foreign law in foreign courts.

Authorization to Act -- Joint Chiefs of Staff
As we have often noted, this country is being used as a battleground for a perpetual Mercenary War based on False Legal Presumptions.
Those Presumptions have included the idea that our American Government is missing, in interregnum, absent, and that therefore, there is a custodial interest for the British Territorial United States Government and the Municipal United States Government, and more recently, the United Nations Organization.
Please note that our unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America is the government of this country in international and at the present time, global jurisdiction, as well.
Over the past five years, eligible Electors have been painstakingly identified and documented, and our Fifty State Assemblies have been called into Session.
These General Assemblies are able to function as Committees of the Whole and to take valid Roll Call Votes of eligible State Electors who are State Citizens, to resolve issues of international and global import.
Our Federation of States and our State Assemblies are the only entities with the standing to operate as the lawful American Government. All other efforts to reorganize have included District citizenry and fail to observe the legal and lawful requirements.

Why is The Corporations Act of 1870 a Key Issue? February 6, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz
We know that both corporate and incorporated entities have to be created by living people or Lawful Persons. These things don't just get it on in a file drawer and procreate on their own.
We know there is no provision for a Municipal Corporation to charter other Municipal Corporations, except as franchises. So a Municipal Corporation has to be incorporated by a Territorial Corporation or other charter agent.
The Territorial U.S. Government presumed to act "for" us and undertake the duties of our American Federal Republic, which the Territorial Government was never authorized to do --- and, the specific unauthorized power that they seized upon in 1870 was the power to charter corporations.
So they usurped upon an instrumentality of our actual Government in Breach of Trust and commercial service contract by failing to observe the limitations of The Constitution of the United States of America, and to add insult to injury, they began creating British Territorial Corporations for themselves instead of American Corporations ---even though they were purportedly exercising our power "for" us as faithful Trustees and acting in our best interests, etc., etc., etc.
Hmmm.
The next thing we notice is that the Territorial (also known as Commonwealth) Corporation chartered in Scotland in 1868 and doing business as "The United States of America" ---Incorporated, converted what remained of The United States Congress into its own Board of Directors, and passes an "Act" claiming the right to charter corporations in our name, abusing our sovereign powers under conditions of fraud and semantic deceit, without any valid claim to such empowerment ----and there we have The Corporations Act of 1870.

Public Notice to The International Court of Justice and the Court of the Lord High Steward February 8, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz
We have for the past five years published our Affidavit of Probable Cause as Americans operating our unincorporated Federation of States: The United States of America.
The evidence of criminal mis-administration, Breach of Trust, purposeful semantic deceit, and self-interested commercial fraud against Americans and against our lawful government has been presented and published worldwide and many claims related to this fraud have been received by The International Court of Justice, the Office of the Prosecutor ICJ, by the Vatican Chancery Court, and others with an authority pertaining to or an interest in correction.
Recent claims by Territorial U.S. Citizens concerning an Act passed by the Territorial Congress in 1871 (but actually repealed in 1874) has prompted us to review that particular Act by their Congress and that, in turn, has prompted a review of the preceding Corporations Act of 1870, also passed by the Territorial Congress.
We find that our Foreign Subcontractors usurped upon powers entrusted to our own American Federal instrumentality, the States of America, operating as the Federal Republic. They were not authorized to exercise our sovereign power to charter corporations, despite claims of Emergency Powers never granted to them and never intended for them to exercise via any delegation of power on record.
They did this "in our names" while claiming to "stand for us" and to "represent" us, while in fact failing to fully disclose the circumstance to the American Public and also failing to render reasonable help and assistance.
The Corporations Act of 1870 was thus an usurpation in violation of both the actual Territorial contract, The Constitution of the United States of America, issued in 1789, and a trespass against our lawful Government.
The Corporations Act of 1870, is, as such, null and void from inception, having no sovereign source of authority from us, and no excuse to presume British Trusteeship.
Please note: The Corporations Act of 1870 followed the publication of a deceptive Territorial Corporation charter in 1868, which closely copied The Constitution of the United States of America, but sought to unlawfully convert it into the charter of a Scottish Commercial Corporation, which then proceeded to impersonate our Federation of States as "The United States of America"----Incorporated.
This national-scale identity theft and impersonation scheme allowed the criminals responsible to access our National Trust Assets and Credit in precisely the same way that a credit card hacker achieves the same ends today.

But, But (Splutter!) I'm An American! February 9, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz
I am getting a lot of Newbie-Push-Back of the aforementioned kind --- people who are just now waking up and who are distressed and confused enough already, being offended by the idea that they are not Americans.
Well, they should be upset. I know I was hopping mad, maybe beyond hopping mad when I found out that I'd been listed as a British Territorial Citizen and as a Municipal citizen of the United States, that is, just about everything and anything but what I am.
Instead of being recognized as Americans, we've been registered as Dual Federal Citizens, instead.
Say what? I explain it..... say what?
It takes a while to sink in and then, the anger and incredulity starts.
How could anyone mistake me for anything but an American? I was born here, went to school here..... but, the fact is, that most of us have been misidentified throughout our lives as a result of Unconscionable Citizenship Contracts established "for" us while we were still babes in our cradles.
We never knew that we were identified as Federal Citizens. Most of us never knew (and we weren't taught) what a federal citizen is. We were too young to pick up on anything about that, and our parents weren't given any disclosure, so they couldn't tell us, either.
Pop Quiz: What's the one contract you can't break?
Answer: The one you don't know exists.
That's why it comes as a great, and for many Americans, unpleasant surprise, to learn that they have spent most of their lives as a presumed loyal Subject of Queen Elizabeth II.
It's okay for the Tories, but for the rest of us, it's like living your life as a dog, and then finding out that so far as the rest of the world knows, you're a cat.
Of course, it's disorienting.
But always remember--- there are people who really are Dual Federal Citizens, and there's no point in being offended because you are not. Consider it a Big Mistake made a long time ago, and correct it.

In case you haven’t noticed, ever since I began my public action in 2008, there have been successive bankruptcies of governmental services corporations and banks. This is a domino effect — that started with the bankruptcy of the Bank of England.
They knew what was coming and beat for port.
In 2015, Obama declared the UNITED STATES, INC. bankruptcy and shifted the debt burden from the individual phony (bankrupted) ESTATE TRUSTS – e.g., ROBERT DAVID STEELE, to the equally phony PUBLIC TRANSMITTING UTILITIES — e.g., ROBERT D STEELE.
The details of just one bankruptcy action related to the USA CORP in the Northern District of Florida is posted here: EBH CLUB – Empowering Better Humans — but that’s not even the tip of the iceberg.
US CORP was shut down 1/19/2021. USA CORP shut down 1/7/2021.
The bankruptcy for “the” UNITED STATES of AMERICA, Ltd., their most recent version of USA CORP was entered in London a year and a half ago.
The Republic of The United States of America was the sole beneficiary. That’s why they are trying to shift their operations into our old Federal Republic, but as I pointed out, we aren’t going along with that without negotiation.

Why Seniors Are Targeted and Why Fear is Not an Option January 5, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz
Putting it bluntly -- seniors rack up incredible medical bills the last three years of their lives on average. This is partially due, of course, to the padding of "medical costs and services" by corporations that should never have been allowed to function as for-profit entities. It is nonetheless the reality of life, that the last three years of our lives tend to be painful, debilitating, debasing, and --- for the med-tech giants, highly profitable.
So they want us to live as long as possible, as miserably as possible, so that they can milk the cash cow for all we are worth---- literally.
It is this, not any respect for life, not any kind of compassion, that drives the spear through the heart of any legislation allowing people to make their own end-of-life decisions when faced with irreversible and terminal illness. It is also what truncates making funds available for hospice care and caretaker respite programs.
It's nothing but corporate greed and profiteering that serves to make our end of life experience so nasty and needlessly painful. As long as you are breathing they can charge you for their goods (pills, liquids, medical equipment and services) and as ending that gravy train is not in their economic best interest, they will keep you alive -- regardless of the quality of your life, to the bitter end.
For many of us, it is simply torture prolonged.
On the other side of the coin lurks the "government" corporations that are paying for the average person's end of life medical care, and they have exactly the opposite set of motivations. They want you to die quickly and quietly the moment you are no longer "productive", so that they can keep a larger percentage of "your" public trust funds for their use and abuse.

About Russell J. Gould, the Pirate February 14, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz
Russell Gould is not a hero. He's a pirate. Like his pal, Keith Livingway, he stole back our flag from other pirates (Keith stole back copies of The Articles of Confederation) but didn't return it to the proper owners --- the American States and People.
We weren't sure about his intentions, and spent a week talking to him about all his ideas, explaining the actual history, and encouraging him ---like everyone else-- to simply come home.
He instead claimed that he had "captured" the Title IV Flag for himself and his buddy, David-Wynn:Miller---and away they went to Rome to cut a deal with the Vatican. Which they did.
As the actual and factual owners of the flag, it's capture from the Scottish Interloper and its Successors, is potentially interesting. If John Lafite captures stolen goods from Blackbeard, he may return the goods for a reward.
But if not, nothing has changed. Our property is still in the possession of pirates, either way. And the actual international law concerning this remains: "Possession by pirates does not change ownership."
It's still our flag, either way.
Russell and David-Wynn could have just as easily come home as the conquering heroes and given the Title IV Flag back to us, and been rewarded and esteemed for their actions.
Instead, they stole it from the pirates, didn't return it to the actual owners, and acted as pirates themselves.
Russell, like Keith Livingway from the Reign of the Heavens Society, is trying to use our looted property as the basis to set up shop for their own "governments" --- and as with the Scottish Interlopers, they are pretending to be the Successors of our lawful government.

It's Sunday, Valentine's Day, and we have some happy bits and pieces for you.
For one thing, you can get your own reformatted copy of my recent article about the "Repugnant Reconstruction Acts and the Imposition of Martial Law in Time of Peace" --- which makes the information much easier to read and sort through, and which includes my Annotations, which will help you sort through which "States" - our Federation States or their Confederate "States" -- are being talked about.
This little gem should be required reading for every American, as it explicitly and authoritatively demonstrates in black and white how we got into this Mess, and sheds much light on what we need to do to get beyond "the Civil War" ---- 158 years after it purportedly ended.

You will all be encouraged to know that what we are doing as part of the American States Assembly effort is exactly what we should be doing to put a peaceful and lawful end to all the fraud and legal chicanery that has been employed against us by our foreign "federal" subcontractors and the Principals responsible.
We are also working on a new series of educational materials called "Anna's Charts" --- simple chart-form learning aids for "at a glance" comprehension of both the American Government and Federal Government structures, their relationships, and explanation of what forms of law they function under.
We are also prepping a new series of helpful forms and processes that will make it simpler and more effective when you or those you love are trespassed upon by Federal Employees and federated State of State and County Employees.
The new process will combine land jurisdiction recording of criminal incidents under Assembly auspices, and sea jurisdiction complainant forms for expedited service through Article 1 Administrative Courts.
This methodology has proven to be far more effective than any other pathway to justice that we have found to date, for handling a variety of issues including improper Federal Tax Liens and garnishments, CPS kidnappings, misadministration of Probate, improper infraction enforcement of victimless crimes, illegal evictions, and so much more.

Multiple Bankruptcies Involved
In case you haven’t noticed, ever since I began my public action in 2008, there have been successive bankruptcies of governmental services corporations and banks. This is a domino effect — that started with the bankruptcy of the Bank of England.
They knew what was coming and beat for port.
In 2015, Obama declared the UNITED STATES, INC. bankruptcy and shifted the debt burden from the individual phony (bankrupted) ESTATE TRUSTS – e.g., ROBERT DAVID STEELE, to the equally phony PUBLIC TRANSMITTING UTILITIES — e.g., ROBERT D STEELE.
The details of just one bankruptcy action related to the USA CORP in the Northern District of Florida is posted here: EBH CLUB – Empowering Better Humans — but that’s not even the tip of the iceberg.
US CORP was shut down 1/19/2021. USA CORP shut down 1/7/2021.
The bankruptcy for “the” UNITED STATES of AMERICA, Ltd., their most recent version of USA CORP was entered in London a year and a half ago.
The Republic of The United States of America was the sole beneficiary. That’s why they are trying to shift their operations into our old Federal Republic, but as I pointed out, we aren’t going along with that without negotiation.
