This video is to help you to fall asleep and enjoy the theatre of the mind. Some dreams may happen but be forgotten, whilst other dreams may be remembered vividly and as you use this track frequently you can develop the ability to begin to be aware in your dreams 'as if' you are living out those dreams.
Your unconscious will always prioritise what is most important to you. So if you need the sleep then your unconscious is likely to use this process to help you get that sleep. If there are no other priorities then your unconscious will allow you to develop and enhance your lucid dreaming skills.
Some people 'lucid dream' and recall it when they wake up, others 'lucid dream' and are very aware that they are lucid dreaming rather than just aware that they were lucid dreaming.

This healing deep sleep hypnosis guided sleep meditation bedtime story is about a farmer who goes out to work, down to the field. He feeds the various farm animals before going and sitting under a tree looking out over the view, drinking a cup of tea on this cool and crisp morning. After he finishes his cup of tea he drifts into a reverie, imagining himself resting in a spa. The spa was in a mountainous snowy area. After a while he leaves the spa and goes exploring. He finds a lake, rides a pedalo out to an island in the middle of the lake. On the island the farmer finds a tree with a pulsing light. He steps through the pulsing light and found himself in a city in the distant future. In the location they found themselves, there were other portals to other times and places. The went through a portal to an old medieval village where they find their way out on a sail boat where they see Dolphin's and a Humpback Whale, then left that portal and went through another portal to a 1960's music festival. After the farmer has explored these portals he then went back to the island and found a row boat. He rowed back to the shore from the island and started walking back to the spa. On his way back to the spa he made himself a snowboard to make it easier to get back to the spa. Once back at the spa the farmer came out of his reverie under that tree and went back to his farm and to his farm house where he settled down in front of a crackling fire, drank a cup of tea, before drifting comfortably asleep.

You watch as shooting stars pass across the sky then settled down in a sleeping bag in a tent, drifting asleep. You dream about floating out of your body. You land on the clouds and find a lake, you rest your hands in the water and notice some of the cool blueness passing into you, comforting and healing. You row across the lake to an island in the middle of the lake. In the middle of the island is a hole. You close your eyes, step into the hole and slide in the hole like a water slide travelling deeper inside the cloud. You see here how the water is produced, how it rains, how the cloud is driven and how the cloud interacts with other clouds. You drop from the cloud and fly to the ground, landing in an old-fashioned telephone box in England. You hear drumming on the telephone and notice the changes to the rhythms. When the drumming stops, you leave the phone box and head into the market. You walk to a potato seller. The potato seller shows you to a room down an alleyway. You sit in a seat and they guide you through an inner process. You find yourself in a room full of mirrors. You look into your eyes in a mirror until you can't tell whether your eyes are open or closed. You find yourself in a savannah with a lake. You head to the lake, you notice Elephants and other animals. You set up a small fire in a cave and notice cave paintings on the walls of the cave. You investigate the cave paintings and as you touch the paintings, you get a flash of times passed. You then drift asleep in the cave. When you wake up, you notice a wolf had entered the cave and slept beside you. You set off on a journey with the wolf over many days and nights. You help each other on your journey. You head to the ocean before finding yourself back in the room of mirrors. You get given a glass of goo, which you work into a ball and it becomes an orb. The orb begins to float. You get told that, from a touch, the orb can heal. You think about what you would like healed and touch the orb. The person guides you back out of this place after your experience and guides you back to the market. This is a video for women.
This is a video of an Ericksonian hypnosis self-hypnosis track I made in about 2002 when I was going through a stage of being obsessed with double inductions. A double induction is where you have the hypnosis done in multiple voices to present ideas and to create confusion where the listener can't follow it all and so has to let go and go with the flow and just let the experience happen.
This track was made because I had many clients coming to me for self-confidence and self-esteem and they all had their monthly period as a key part of their problem. They were finding that when it was around that time of the month they would get self-conscious, they would experience discomfort etc, and this affected how much they were willing to plan things - like events to attend etc., because they were worried about it being that time of the month when the event or holiday etc., came round. They found this affected their confidence and self-esteem in other areas of their life, so I made this self-hypnosis track to help mainly with confidence and self-esteem, but I cover helping to make periods more comfortable and help to reduce the impact of them on confidence, self-esteem, and getting enjoyment out of life.
