Having a Minimalist approach to exercise has been crucial in keeping me motivated when working from home everyday. Here is one example of an exercise routine I have being doing whilst working from home. In this video, I use no equipment apart from a yoga mat (which is optional). An alternative way of performing each exercise is shown if you're looking to make any exercise easier.
I find it easier to motivate myself to workout if my exercise routine is simple and there is the least friction between myself and doing the exercises as possible. I regularly change my workouts up and alternate between full body, upper body, lower body etc, let me know if you want to see any more videos like this!
Thanks for watching, I'm a very new, small channel so it means a lot!

In this video I show and talk through how my journey, experience and method of decluttering over 50% of my wardrobe as I work towards my goal of living a minimal and simple life. I used some productivity techniques along with the KonMari method to achieve this.
I would highly recommend everyone taking a pragmatic look at your wardrobe and seeing whether you truly need everything you have. I honestly feel such a weight lifted from my shoulders and getting ready in the morning is now a easier and more enjoyable process.

To me, it's super important to do what I can to make sure I use my phone as a tool and an asset rather than letting my phone use me. In this video, I go through my iPhone and declutter what I can. I try to do this regularly as I am very aware that I like my phone to remain as minimal as possible.
If you haven't already, do check out my previous video on Digital Minimalism where I share my iPhone set up.
